Discovering scuba diving in Malta is safe and easy and the perfect place to start you diving journey. It's an experience like no other, the feeling of breathing and being underwater. You will get to learn some basic skills from experienced instructors.
Your activity will be located in Malta's only marine park, which means the marine life here is better than anywhere else. You will have the chance to encounter beautiful marine life such as octopus and moray eels.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to breathe underwater? Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to experience and explore the underwater world. Under the direct supervision of an instructor you will: - Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive. - Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater. - Learn a few more basic skills that you might use during every scuba dive. - Have fun swimming around and exploring the underwater world up to 12m depth. At the dive centre you will be introduced to your instructor, you will be given access to online theory to be completed before entering the water. After trying on the equipment you will be driven to our dive site. Within a few hours, you will learn the basics of diving, explore a beautiful underwater environment and enter a new world.

5.00Paddy was very patient and reassuring. Great coach. The wind was too strong so we had to change to a less than ideal location, but that is not their fault. They managed to relocate to a safer spot for beginners. Great experience.
Unforgettable dive initiation

5.00We had an unforgettable dive initiation. First some theory, then a half hour drive to the dive site and then a big half hour really diving among the many beautiful fish. Our youngest daughter of 11 loved it too. In spring/summer it will be a bit warmer which should make the experience even more fun. The team at Orangeshark was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't be better.

5.00My family and I had an absolutely incredible first scuba diving experience! From the very beginning, our instructors Neeraj and Jen made us feel welcome and safe. They explained everything clearly and took plenty of time to answer questions, making sure everyone was comfortable. What really stood out was their patience and encouragement. They never rushed us and gave each person the chance to truly enjoy the experience and create unforgettable memories. Personally, I was a bit nervous once we got underwater, but thanks to Jen’s calm guidance and support, I quickly felt much more relaxed and safe. It was such a fun and memorable adventure, and we can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone interested in trying scuba diving for the first time. An experience we will never forget!

5.00The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our group was small (3 people) guided by one instructor who made sure we felt comfortable all the time. The experience was great, and we dived for roughly one hour, the remaining time allocated for tutorials, a small quiz, transfer to the diving spot (around 5 mins away), and preparation. We could see lots of fish of different sizes. I would totally recommend for a first experience!

5.00Orange Shark truly made me live the Mediterranean dream, just as their slogan says. I dived with them for almost two weeks, took three diving courses, and did a couple of pleasure dives. They're an excellent and professional team, including the owners, who always gave me coffee and souvenirs at the dive center. Very trustworthy, I will definitely return. Recommended!

5.00Excellent welcome from Max in the center and perfect diving supervision by Lauren. Two dives on the wreck of the tanker Um El Faroud: a first dive on the outside of the wreck and a second dive inside this time. An extraordinary atmosphere on this huge wreck. An extra fun side thanks to the movement by scooter that allows to optimize dives and discover the whole wreck.In short, a dive trip that will leave great memories!
