From the minute we booked Chan’s communication was exceptional . We knew exactly where we had to meet him,. Chan shared his knowledge and stories about the DMZ and the people, in such a meaningful way , it was a nice size group not too big and lots of opportunity to ask him questions . The other destinations we visited after the DMZ were also excellent . I throughly recommend this tour and highly recommend going with a Chan ,,it was a trip we will always remember

We wanted to visit the DMZ from our cruise ship the Holland America Westerdam. We heard about the tour from a fellow shipmate. . We told two other couples about the tour and they joined as well. From the moment we booked, Chan, the tour organizer and guide was very communicative with us. He described exactly what to expect, gave us comfort that we would be back at the cruise ship in plenty of time. Chan described exactly what we’d be doing and what we’d have for lunch. Chan‘s English is excellent and easy to understand. Tremendous amount of history about North and South Korea. We stopped for lunch at a typically Korean small restaurant in the countryside. Had a lovely lunch. It was a miserable wet, rainy day. Chan made sure we all had a wonderful time regardless. He also took us for a surprise visit to an ancient village in the countryside. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend this tour. If you’re on a cruise ship, do not worry about getting back in time. Chan will make sure you’re there.

A great tour, to learn more about the korea of today and the efforts to become closer to the north. And the efforts to reunify family members with each other. It was very emotional. The guide was very friendly! would recommend!

This was the best optional tour for cruise passengers in Sokcho. Chan was a great communicator and in touch with us all prior to arrival. He picked us up from the port in a most luxurious bus with a safe driver. Chan was a great guide, he was informative and organised and we covered a lot in our limited time. We even had an authentic Korean lunch provided before returning to the pier. We sincerely hope the Korean people will be reunited one day. Highly recommend this tour and thanks Chan for a memorable day.

We like the clean, sparkly luxury Limousine bus with ample leg room. Chan, our tour guide, was lovely and caring, he made us know all about the history and the sad reminder of Korean war; and he made sure that we got back to the ship on time. The lunch is a new and nice experience fir us. I recommend this tour to anyone wants to go to DMZ

Given that our ship was late docking that day due to the high winds, Chan maintained a calm demeanour and did his very best to give us a very meaningful tour. He answered questions thoughtfully and was very knowledgeable. His communication with us before the tour was timely. We would highly recommend this tour.
