Apart from he weather on the day this was a brilliant tour with Richard, who was very knowledgeable and friendly providing many informative incites into the filming process due to his first hand experience of filming whilst acting in Dr Who. I highly recommend this tour and you do not have to be a Dr Who fan to enjoy it.

My son (the big Dr Who fan) and I booked Cardiff City Dr Who tour, which we enjoyed so much that we booked the Cardiff Bay tour in the afternoon. Richard our tour guide was exceptional and was so knowledgeable with great personal stories which made the tour so much more interesting for us that were not such die hard fans. Even the sideways rain didn't hinder the experience. Highly recommended, but make sure you wear comfy shoes, you're going to get your steps in!

Cardiff Bay is a stunning seafront. A lovely bay with some great modern buildings mixed with the best examples of older buildings. The same expert guide as the one who showed us around the Dr Who Cardiff City tour in the morning and he was just as full of beans in the afternoon. It served as a good way to finish our visit to Cardiff, seeing a part of the city that has been rejuvenated more over the last three decades than the upper part has. Two of our party had difficulty finding us initially due to repeated railway train cancellations, meeting with us partway through the tour. Our guide took them with him when the tour had finished to show them the parts that they had missed which was very fair of him.

I booked the this tour as part of a visit to Cardiff with my Whovian son. Our guide Terrance was great (very knowledgable and friendly) and he delivered an excellent tour despite the busy area (food market in Roald Dahl Plass). Lots of facts about Dr Who and Torchwood locations, plus some more general interest. Part of the fun is being part of a group of fellow fans. Recommended!

My daughter and I were visiting Cardiff. She is a super Doctor Who fan. I went along with her on the inaugural Doctor Who Cardiff Bay Walking Tour. Ny daughter was thrilled seeing everything in the tour along with some Torchwood stops included in the tour. It was a wonderful walk full of show sites and lots of interesting information. Our guide was super knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. It was an easy walk. It was all very well planned with the guide showing us photos of the scenes at spots or buildings where the two shows were filmed. I am not a Whovian, but I also enjoyed the tour immensely. It was well worth the entry fee. We enjoyed every minute.
