Freshwater Lake
35 minutes drive from the starting point of the tour in Roseau leads to the Freshwater Lake. On the way up, a few photo stops will be mad and interesting information will be given on the drive about the island. Climbing up to 2,789ft then descend to the lake gives us a proper understanding as to why the island is called the "Nature Island Of The Caribbean" with all the green and mountains with untouched Nature. It's a great place to relax, good opportunities for great photos and a resource center is available.
Titou Gorge
10 minutes drive from the lake is the Titou Gorge. Swimming in a narrow gorge with steep walls for 8 minutes unleashes a hidden Waterfall inside. This site was used in the filming of the movie Pirates Of The Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest, and the section of this area will be pointed out. Life vest here are mandatory here and is provided along with a guide to swim with you inside the canyon.

5.00Wonderful tour experience and guide, Kewyn, felt safe and comfortable throughout the whole tour. Never felt rushed, received a ton of information about the island culture and history. Was fantastic to be on a private tour allowing us choose how much time to spend at the various sites - would highly recommend this company, Autop, and specifically, Kewyn!

5.00Booked a private tour for my wife and I and Kevin was great, taking excellent care of us all day long. Lots of information about life on the island. And excellent sites. The twin waterfalls and the gorge are worth it. As promised, all entrance fees where covered and no surprise visits to favorite uncles stores or restaurants. Although if that is your thing I'm sure Kevin would be happy to oblige. It was very nice to go at our own pace and very relaxing to be the only two people jumping in and out of the van all day. If we are ever in Dominica again we will be looking him up again. Maybe for a drive down the coast.

5.00Excellent day trip! Flexible and reliable guide, made the island day fantastic, took us to the falls with the cave and champagne beach. You can rent snorkeling equip there. Gotta love Dominica and its people. 100% recommended!

5.00Our cruise let us off the ship a bit earlier than than expected, however Kewin was very accommodating and wasted no time in getting the tour started. As a result, we were able to avoid most crowds at every stop! The highlight was swimming through Titou's Gorge and relaxing at the sulphur springs. We had such a great day and we learned a lot about this gem of an island. I highly recommend booking this private tour because we got to see so much without feeling rushed (or being squeezed in a bus with a big group of strangers). Thank you Kewin and Autop!

5.00We had a great day and saw all the major attractions in the South of this beautiful island. Kevin was a fantastic guide and looked so well after us. Especially the Titou Gorge was an incredible experience. It was great to take the time we needed, Kevin was very relaxed and gave us a lot of info. It was very valuable to learn more about the island, nature and the people. We also had a delicious local lunch. We would highly recommend this tour. Russell and Ivonne
