A good way to get around Philly and hear about the main sites. Unfortunately, it was a wet day so we were unable to go to the top deck, which had no enclosed facility. The view from the lower deck was very restricted with the side windows shaded. The guides like Billy and the comedian in the cowboy hat were entertaining and informative.

It's a great opportunity to get a very informative tour of the city. Only issue is the bus we were on had no heat and it was 40 degrees.

Easy to hop on and off. Great way to see the city and hear about the history. Stops covered the major sites. We did have to wait for the bus for longer then quoted but there were street closures and protests so traffic was bad. I think there were plenty of busses but caught up in traffic.
