5.00The tour was so excellent. We have arrived late for another tour and then they supported us to go on this tour without any additional charge. We were so grateful that we have been on a even better itinerary than the one we booked. The lady tour guide Megan is so attentive and supportive to every guest if they have any questions or need support. Then at the end of the tour, when we decided that we would drop in Oxford in the middle of the bus, Megan has research the best route for us and they dropped us at the place that need a bus stop so that we can take the public bus to the city city. We have been so grateful for that. This was so excellent service. Highly recommend this to everyone.

5.00Megan was the best guide I ever had. She knew all aspects of the history, construction and people of Blenheim. Her many insights into the Cotswolds made the tour a first class experience.

5.00I really liked it and both the Megan guide and who drove the bus, very professional. Megan always very much requests and willing to give us any kind of explanation we needed. Perhaps, I would have to make a review, I hired that tour well in advance and a week I was canceled, according to what I was told due to lack of people. Which is why I had to change other plans because I didn't want to lose that tour. They should clarify that just as the customer can cancel free of charge, so can the company.

5.00The tour was fantastically organised, a very full itinerary for a single day, yet perfectly timed and every stop was absolutely worth seeing. As with many excursions, the overall experience naturally depends a great deal on the organisers and especially the tour guide. Our guide Megan was truly outstanding. With her highly professional manner, incredibly broad historical knowledge covering a wide variety of places and topics, as well as many fascinating insider tips, she made the tour both engaging and thoroughly enjoyable. What stood out most was her genuine warmth and exceptionally caring attitude, particularly towards older travellers. At times, it genuinely felt as though she could anticipate the guests’ needs before they even had to ask. Even far beyond the usual responsibilities of a tour guide, she remained consistently attentive and thoughtful (for example helping with the air conditioning, chargers, etc.). Important information regarding walking routes, toilet facilities, restaurant recommendations, and other practical matters was communicated clearly and in advance over the coach speaker system. She answered countless questions in great detail, regularly checked on everyone’s wellbeing, and still always made time for friendly and charming small talk. Megan was constantly present, approachable, and attentive to the entire group throughout the day. Even during a slight delay on the return journey to London (approximately 10 minutes), her attentiveness was evident: passengers staying west of Victoria Coach Station were proactively offered the opportunity to get off earlier in West London to make their journey home easier and quicker. Such a professional, friendly, and forward-thinking approach is something one would normally only expect in truly top-class hotels. Thank you for such an informative, exciting, and absolutely picturesque trip to some of the most beautiful places in England.

5.00We visited Blenheim Palace, Stow on the Wold and Bampton where they filmed Downton Abbey Village scenes Megan our guide was fantastic, very informative and bubbly having done tours with another company in the past I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evan’s Evan to family and friends and they’d do great to have Megan as there guide
