BREW-ed offers the only brewery tours in Asheville led by certified beer experts. Our team of Cicerone certified guides will lead you through the brewing process as you sample some of the best beer Asheville has to offer. In between stops, our guides will share some of the local history. Asheville is a fascinating city with an exciting past. After Terranova, your group will head to Hi-Wire Brewin. At Hi-Wire, you'll get exclusive behind the scenes access to the production area, where you'll learn about the brewing process; from grain to glass. Great time with our guide, Mark. He was very knowledgeable. We spent 3 hours at 3 breweries. We learned a lot. Got to try 10 different brews. Easy walk, even in the cold.

I’ve been on many beer and brewery tours in many cities (and countries). Mark was one of the very best tour guides. Knowable about beer in general, local breweries and Asheville. This wasn’t one of those general brew tours, Mark was well prepared, selected breweries and beers with care and even making a few changes in specific beers based on the group. The tour was FANTASTIC, HIGHLY recommended. Thanks Mark Cheers 🍺

This brewery tour was AWESOME! I booked it with some close friends and family, some of whom love beer very much and some of whom not as much. We all had a phenomenal time and agree it was the highlight from out visit to Asheville and the Smokey Mountains. Our brew guide Michael was an outstanding speaker and wealth of knowledge when it came to the brewing process and history of beer. His passion for small craft beer shone throughout the tour, and he was able to engage both beer novice and expert. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Asheville, and you'd be in good hands and company if led by Michael.

I’m SO glad my partner and I did this tour. Our guide Michael was an exceptional host. His passion for craft beer, the city of Asheville, and for people in general made our experience truly memorable and the highlight of our weekend trip to Asheville. We’ll be back again for sure.

This experience was exceptional! Our guide Michael was an absolute wealth of knowledge about brewing and enjoying beer. He has been in the craft beer industry for a long time and because he's a great communicator, we all learned so much. He shared a mix of Asheville history in with the history and evolution of craft beer. He explained beer processes in a clear, understandable way. And he had a great sense of humor! Loved it. Highly recommend.

Mark was great! The tour was informative, fun, and enjoyable. The cost was extremely reasonable, especially for including all of the tastings. Would definitely recommend.
