This is a spa experience like no other. Cruise the beautiful coastline as you receive massage and detox treatments, and indulge yourself in a range of wellness activities.
The relaxation starts as you board the luxury double-decker catamaran – the Doctor Fish Ocean Spa. As it glides along the Bavaro coast, you’ll get to grips with Pilates and yoga, and indulge in traditional massage and detoxification treatments – all served with a generous helping of beautiful Caribbean scenery.
Next up, you’ll get off the boat for some in-water relaxation time on a floating mattress. When you return to port, you’ll make your way to a nearby aquarium for a treatment with a difference – sit back as a tank of garra rufa fish exfoliate your feet by nibbling at them, leaving them feeling silky-smooth. And there’s also lunch to look forward to.

1.00This excursion no longer exists. But it is available to book. So they take your money, waste your vacation time, hang up when you call them, and generally are very sketchy. I was able to call my credit card company to stop payment and supposedly had the charge reversed by the third party booking platform (Viator). But no accountability for the wasted time dealing with this not to mention the lost opportunity to have booked something else. Beware. Do not use. Scam.
DO NOT BOOK! This excursion does not exist. Shame on Viator for allowing people to book this. Wasted precious time

5.00This is just my favourite excursion I have ever been in - and very lucky to have been twice .....if you're into wellness and relaxation, you'll love it! 4 hrs of heaven on board a floating spa boat in the middle of the Carribbean Ocean. The activities are on a rota and you'll do gentle pilates, stretching, massage, body scrub, floating mattresses, fish pedicure and foot ioniser.....with healthy drinks and snacks plus lunch included. Special shout-out to Pedro who is the host with the most.....funny, kind and looks after everyone - I'm a little bit in love 😘. He remembered me from 3 years ago.....a wellness treat not to be missed.

4.00Booked this unique Spa excursion when it was on offer and didn't regret the experience. Pick up was on time, and we set off. Started with the Feet fish spa with the garra rufa fish, which was extremely ticklish but nice. We then set off on the catamaran where the main experience started. We did a bit of Yoga and Pilates stretching exercise, then moved on to the body scrub exfoliation, which was short but nice. Next was a massage, which was very relaxing, followed by an ionic detoxification procedure. We then had a very unique but amazing sunbed relaxation on the sea whilst being tied to a tether so we don't float away 😀 😄. This was super relaxing as the Carribean sun with the warm sea was very refreshing. We ended the whole experience with a light lunch of rice, chicken, and salad that was tasty accompanied by some sweet rose wine whilst watching the dolphins. The star of the experience was Pedro, our guide for the day, who ensured everyone was comfortable and explained everything in detail. It was a nice experience overall and worth the money paid.

1.00This was something I planned for my birthday and was looking forward to. They never showed up, and when the concierge from the hotel called they hung up on him.

5.00Wonderful activity. Very relaxing and the people running the show were very kind and attentive. Lunch is pretty decent and was in the middle of the sea on what seemed like a floating restaurant. The only thing I would mention is (something previous reviews mentioned) they could use an upgrade of the condition of their mats, water beds, etc. Honestly, if they just improved the condition of the tools they used, they could raise the price quite a bit.

5.00The Dr. Fish Ocean Spa in Punta Cana, DR was DA BOMB!!! We started with the fish pedicure. Once we boarded the boat, we did a short yoga/pilates session followed by an ion spa detoxification on our feet. They gave us fresh watermelon juice, pineapple and nuts. The views were impeccable as we sailed into the ocean. We anchored briefly and were able to spend time in the water. Once we got out we had body scrubs and 20-30 min body massages. We sailed back to shore and had lunch. Must do!
