Peles Castle
Peleș Castle is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, near Sinaia, in Prahova County, Romania, on an existing medieval route linking Transylvania and Wallachia, built between 1873 and 1914. Its inauguration was held in 1883. It was constructed for King Carol I.
Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)
Bran Castle, Romanian Castelul Bran, medieval stronghold in the Transylvanian Alps (Southern Carpathian Mountains) of Brașov county, central Romania. Popularly—if inaccurately—identified with the fictional Castle Dracula, Bran Castle is one of Romania’s top tourist attractions.

This was a fantastic trip to see multiple sites if you don’t have many days in the area. Our driver/guide was informative and experienced in navigating the roads and the groups in the castle.

This was a brilliant day - long but worth every minute of the journey. From booking, we had good communication which was reassuring. Octavian, our guide, was excellent and he shared loads of interesting stories and his tour of Peles Castle was a highlight. We went to Brasov for lunch after Peles Castle and this break worked well for us, and then we enjoyed the trip to Bran Castle. Brilliant autumn holiday day!

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Alin! He was incredibly friendly, funny, and full of fascinating knowledge about the places we visited — Bran Castle, Peleș Castle, and the beautiful city of Brașov. Alin made the entire day enjoyable and engaging, sharing stories and history in a way that brought each location to life. His warm personality and great sense of humor made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to show us around Romania. Thank you so much, Alin — Ευχαριστώ!

The guide picked me up at my hotel and spoke English very well. During the 2hr ride to Peles Castle he explained much of Romanias history, politics and geography. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. He was able to get much closer to the entrance to Peles castle through his connections and saved a long walk from where the other tours were parked. Peles castle lived up to its reputation as spectacular and beautiful. All original furnishings were outstanding and intact just as it was when it was in use as a royal palace. The guide knew all the details and was well versed in the objects and history. The next stop was Bran Castle (Dracula’s Castle) my guide informed me about the crowds and the amount of steep stairs involved. He recommended that I pay a little extra money and get the fast pass for entry. It saved me over an hour and a line of almost 500 persons. There were over 250 steps on the tour, and they were narrow and steep. There were lots of crowds to deal with inside the castle. The next stop was the nice little Transylvania town of Braşov. There were nice walking streets and small markets in the center of the town. After returning through the Carpathian Mountains my guide returned me to my hotel on time and with a much better knowledge of Romania.
