We paid for this and never received the tickets. It was a total disaster. Now waiting for my refund from Viator. My experiences with Viator have been mostly bad. This is consistent with that. This was our only opportunity to go to the top of the Burj K and we missed out.

Supposed to cut the line, but you have to wait forever! And don’t go by night time, go between 4-5 pm to see a better view, go with a lot of patience, then after that, go to the bar and have a few drinks.

Floor 124 th and 125! Amazing. I saw the world from the top of the sky The world looks so tiny. I was expecting to feel scared and apprehensive, but it feels so safe and solid. No scary window lift or anything on the way up. Beautiful and awesome view of Dubai at 360 degrees, visiting the observation deck of the world's tallest building is something that no one should miss. The view was fantastic and would 100% recommend it to everybody. And great service and customer service from the team thank you guys for making my dream

Booked my ticket for 124th floor prime hrs slot and the view was gorgeous, worth every penny. We enjoyed freshly brewed coffee at the cafeteria and the mesmerizing sunset view. It's a must visit place when you are in Dubai. Go for it.
