The Heritage Safari invites you to experience the rich traditions of Bedouin life, from falconry and Arabic coffee making to traditional performances and henna. Journey through the desert in iconic 1950s vintage Land Rovers, and learn about native wildlife and plant life with your expert Conservation Guide. This safari breaks away from standard expectations of a desert safari, offering a sustainable and culturally accurate representation of the U.A.E.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. All was totally smooth sailing from pick up to drop off, and the excellent rating and reviews on tripadvisor are totally justified. Abdul was a great tour guide, with lots of knowledge, and jokes, to keep us all captivated on the trip. The Bedoin camp experience was brilliant, an we loved the safari, all the stop offs and the falcon show.

Money well spent! I don’t think I’ve ever meant a five-star review more than this. Communication leading up to the tour was also great, making the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Our tour guide, Taet, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, especially with the two elderly members of our group. And the food… absolutely incredible! Every dish was bursting with flavor and so fresh that we kept talking about it long after the meal was over. The camel ride and henna were wonderful bonuses, too. The stargazing and falcon show were both engaging and informative, and I loved that they invited guests to join in the drum dance. Everything was perfectly balanced: relaxed but never boring, full of activities yet never overwhelming. A truly unforgettable experience!

This trip was recommended through Trailfinders and was the highlight of our holiday in Dubai. Our tour guide, Ravi, was excellent and stayed with us the whole time from being collected from our hotel, transferring to the vintage Land-rover in the desert and then returning us back to the hotel around 10pm. Everything was to a high standard including the meal, entertainment and even them turning the lights off while they gave us a tour around the night sky! The entertainment after the safari included a falconry display, camel ride, traditional dance and song, an explanation of the food and drink. There are other Land-rover groups doing the same thing and you all meet for the entertainment. I cannot recommend this enough, even if you are a Dubai resident.

This was a fun and informative experience. All the drivers and guides were friendly and welcoming. We loved the Land Rover trip and learnt a lot about the desert and the Bedouins. The food was really tasty and there was loads of it. The camel ride was fun and I enjoyed the henna and talk about the stars. It wasn’t cheap but it was good value for money. We bought some photos because they were good quality, but they weren’t pushy and took photos for us with our own phones. Thanks to everyone involved for a great experience.

A wonderful and memorable experience! The desert views were stunning, and our guide, Hassan shared great insight into Emirati culture and history. The traditional camp, camel ride, delicious dinner, and the beautiful dance show made the evening feel truly special. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic taste of Dubai’s heritage.

Very professional, every detail is thought through. well done. They actually have several camps, and we were lucky to go to their most intimate one—great experience and very personal. The jeeps are also really cool.

Amazing excursion! We had such a great time. Our driver, Nikki, was so nice & made us laugh the entire night. From seeing the native animals to desert pictures to the Falconry show to the dinner under the stars, this excursion is totally worth the money. We had food allergies (gluten free & vegetarian) & the company totally accommodated us with delicious alternatives. We would highly recommend this activity while in Dubai - a top notch company that provided great communication, super fun driver, & an overall wonderful experience!

This tour was amazing! Our driver Nikki was great - picked us up on time, gave us a wonderful experience. The itinerary was exactly as advertised & they even accommodated our food allergies. Entertainment & food made the night even better. You get a nice water bottle & a head scarf to wear that makes you feel more connected to the Bedouin people. You will definitely feel you have experienced a part of Dubai that you can’t get in the city. Absolutely a MUST excursion & highly recommend!!
