Depart Dublin travel by luxury coach to Belfast for a political black cab tour, followed by a trip to the Giant’s Causeway and Dunluce Castle. From the comfort of your black cab, tour Northern Ireland's capital, see the landmark sites including the Falls and Shankill neighbourhoods. Stopping at various locations and sign the Peace Wall, learn of Belfast’s tragic political history.
After departing Belfast we travel through the county of Antrim onto the spectacular Antrim Coastal route. Our next stop is the world famous Dun Luce Castle. Admission is included with a visiting time of 30 minutes.
We then proceed just down the coastal road to the Giant’s Causeway (lunch options available there). Explore its dramatic cliffs and rock formations with a visiting time of 2 hours.
Head for home, with lots of fun on the way and a designated rest stop.

Departure point times and locations are: 7 AM at The Starbucks Cafe on 1 College Green 7:05 AM at Dublin Bus Office, 59 O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 Please make sure you get to the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. We cannot wait for any latecomers.
Shankill Road
Next on the tour is the visit to an area of Belfast City known as the Shankill. During the "Troubles" the Shankill was a centre of loyalist paramilitary activity, where the modern Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF) and Ulster Defence Association (UDA) had its genesis. Loyalist paramilitary groups pledging allegiance to the British monarchy and to maintaining the partitioned 6 counties of Ireland known as Northern Ireland within the United Kingdom. Similar to the Falls area the Shankill is adorned with huge murals celebrating historical events, honouring people from the past some of whom from the local community. At all stops during the, in total, 90 minute tour our guests have ample opportunity to capture amazing images of the world’s largest outdoor art gallery. There will be lots out time spent out of the cab, the group size is so small the tour will be a very personalised experience. Your guide has personal stories and folklore to share.

5.00This full day tour was more than I anticipated, and a full 5 star in every way. Stephen O. and Sydney are a great team. Stephan gave us stories, songs, and history of Ireland. The trip into Belfast was remarkable and our local guide was knowledgeable and respectfully honest about the goings on there. Filled in a lot of gaps in the complexity of relationships. He also has seen great healing in the community. Signed the Peace Wall! Giant’s Causeway was Awesome! I wanted to stay there and breathe that fresh air. A day well spent with friendly people and great hosts!

5.00We had a great time in Northern Ireland/ Belfast. Our driver was Michael & tour guide was Brendan. Both were kind and friendly; Brendan was very funny and knowledgeable. The first leg of the trip was a little slow. We chose the black cab portion (as opposed to the Titanic museum) and while it was very informative, we finished so early we had about 40 minutes to wait before those that chose the titanic museum were done (this may have been cab driver specific though). Trips to Dunluce castle and giant’s causeway were great and since we had good weather, we even made a quick extra stop on the ride back which was really nice of our guys and driver.

5.00Maurice and John provided my wife and I a great experience in Belfast. I would highly recommend this tour as Northen Ireland's beauty is breathtaking on your ride along the coast! I highly suggest the Black Cab Tour as the gentleman driving/guiding the experice actually grew up in what they called "the troubles".

5.00OUTSTANDING TOUR w Kevin . This is a very long day /13 hours but Kevin made the time go by quickly. He was an AWESOME guide. As someone who travels a lot and takes tours quite often, he is the BEST ! The tour stops were all perfect length. Not too long that you were lingering and not too short that you didn’t have enough time. The tour was very well organized and every stop /options were explained fully . We chose the Black taxi tour which was excellent —so much personal history from our driver . We even got to sign the peace wall. Even the rest stop areas they chose were excellent -clean bathrooms and great places to get something to eat :drink Would highly recommend this tour!

5.00Exceptional tour, great guides Rory and JP driving- really took care of us. Great in timing stops too. Black cab really was so informative, had a gentleman named Harry and he was terrific. In short amount of time Harry managed to cover so much. Highly recommend!!!
