5.00A great look around the traditional bars in Dublin, Donal is a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about the history. If a bar is too busy (which can happen at peak season), Donal has another hidden gem in reserve - highly recommended

5.00Donal was amazing, knowledgeable, funny and might be a long lost brother. At least in humor and pop culture references. The wife and I had such a blast. And pouring my own pint of Guinness to end the day was a highlight of my life.

5.00Hubby and I saw this randomly on Groupon. Donal was amazing, knowledgeable funny and accommodating!! Even after a spilt drink - still embarrassed! Many laughs, and some interesting facts! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!

5.00Informative tour! We learned so much about the history of each pub we visited which gave us a perspective and appreciation that otherwise would not have gained. Donal was an amazing host having customized our tour based on our individual requests. We had a great time and it made our last night in Dublin very special.

5.00Had a blast with Donal! He showed us some tradition Irish pubs, knew lots of history, and was super engaging. We even managed to pull our own pints of Guinness! This didn't feel like we were out with a tour guide - it was much more like being out with an old friend. So much so, after the tour had officially finished - we returned to his local go-to pub and spent the rest of the evening there. Would thoroughly recommend - a tour like no other

He is very personable and caters the tour well to the people he’s with. We had an absolute blast on the tour and would HIGHLY recommend!

5.00An absolutely incredible experience. Donal is exceptional. This pub crawl tour (or any tour with Donal) is a must if you are traveling to Dublin. Here are my big three takeaways on why you need to do this tour: First, the history. If you are interested in Irish history (like I am), this is the tour for you. We began our tour at the GPO, where Donal explained the 1916 easter rising and its importance in Ireland's history. We then set off on our pub crawl, where Donal eased in important, captivating details of Ireland and its history. On top of that, Donal fielded and answered each of our questions with enthusiasm. Second, the pubs!!! Over the course of five hours, Donal brought us to five pubs. Donal curated the pub crawl so brilliantly. Each pub was unique and provided an elite pub experience. And...of course... the Guinness at each pub was out of this world. Donal also recommended some other local beers (Wicklow Wolf, Hop House), which were great! On top of that, we got to go behind the bar and pour our own Guinness. An unforgettable experience. Third, the vibes. Absolutely, elite vibes the whole time. Donal is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fully engaged. This is what ties the whole thing together to make it the perfect pub crawl experience. Thank you, Donal. You made our trip!

5.00This was our second time booking this pub crawl and we are already looking forward to booking it, again, for our next trip to Dublin. Enough great things can’t be said about Donal. Yet again, Donal was a superb host as he led us around to multiple excellent Irish pubs while informing us on the history, traditions, and culture of Dublin. Not only is Donal a fantastic guide, he goes above and beyond the call of duty for his people. Upon learning one of the pubs ran out of ingredients needed to complete one of our drinks; without hesitation, Donal quickly went to the market next store and bought the ingredients needed for that drink. Truly a testament to the ability and effort Donal takes to make his tour feel safe and at home in Dublin. I strongly recommend Donal and this pub crawl for anyone looking for an outstanding experience to take home with them and remember for many years to come. The Guinness is wonderful, too.
