I booked via Viator 2 days before we wanted to go. The tour operator ( Exploro) was unaware we had booked and that we had booked & paid the extra for a included guided tour. Exploro happened to be picking up other customers at our hotel so they let us join even though they had no knowledge of us. They also - at very short notice ( 2hrs) arranged a guide for us. Overall, otherthan the mix up the tour was great. The driver and Guide Ivana were very helpful. I would recommend this tour/ tour operator. The drive from Makarska to Dubrovnik is approx 3hrs with a short comfort break. You get approximately 4.5hrs in Dubrovnik. Great trip if time is limited, you want to see the highlights, and your not based near Dubrovnik. Not sure if the mix up was viators or the tour operators fault but the Tour operator saved the day!

Love dubrovnic could easily spend more time there. The panorama boat tip is waste of money and time. Beautiful views from the wall

My wife and I booked this trip and we were collected on time outside our hotel on time, the driver seemed in a rush to get going. In so doing he lurched away before al the passengers had taken their seats and sent one woman flying to the floor. The driver then proceeded to drive way to fast and at times seemed to lose control of the 20 seater bus and was swerving all over the road.He was following the vehicles in front way too closely which resulted in two incidents of slamming on brakes and sending people flying as well as their luggage and we came very close to a collision. The driver apologised and then about 20 minutes later did it again. We certainly won't be using this company again.

It is not stated clearly that it takes 3,5 hours to get there with a stop over in Bosnia-Hercegovina - both ways. The journey was very beautiful but it would have been nice to know the time schedule beforehand. The time in Dubronik was adequate.

It a very hot day we went here it's very compact and whilst the architecture was amazing we found ourselves trying to get out of the walls to get fresh air and space
