5.00We had an amazing sailing experience in Dubrovnik. The boat Cardea is excellent and very well maintained, perfect for real sailing. Skipper Mario was outstanding — highly skilled, patient, and happy to explain everything, so we learned a lot and were actively involved in sailing. It was fun, educational, and truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!!!

5.00I experienced a few days on this beautiful private sailing yacht that felt like a true escape. Time slows down and the experience unfolds at its own pace. Definitely no rush, no pressure, only the joy of being on the water. Cardea is such a beautiful Jeanneau 53 in excellent condition. Stylish, spacious, and finished with real attention to detail. Comfort is clearly a priority. Everything on board feels thoughtful and well balanced. Skipper Mario is so experienced, brings calm and genuine care. He shares local knowledge about the area, coast and sea, in a natural way, adding depth without interrupting the flow. Safety is constant and reassuring. The trip was so well organised and always under control. Present throughout the entire stay. The hospitality on board is amazing. Warm, attentive and effortless. Every detail feels considered. Hvala Mario and team. Cardea offers such a complete experience. It is private, comfortable and shaped with care. Highly recommended. Five stars, without hesitation.

5.00We had a super day with Mario. If you are thinking of booking someone...this is your guy. I couldnt recommend him enough. Super safe, super ralented very respectful. Great family man and a guy that has been on the boats in this area all his life. Book him.

5.00We had the most incredible experience on Cardea with Mario. It was an incredible privilege to sail with such an experienced, passionate and generous skipper. The boat is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and so comfortable in every way. Mario is kind, thoughtful and a wealth of knowledge of the sea, his beautiful boat and a local to the area. His recommendations, both of restaurants and the area, his thoughtfulness and his company went above and beyond any expectations we could have ever had. We cannot wait to do it all again next year!!

5.00We can't even begin to describe what an incredible honor it was to take a 3 day voyage on Mario's extraordinary sail boat with him as our captain. We spent 2 beautiful nights and 3 unforgettable days sailing the adriatic sea from Split down to Dubrovnik. Mario is the epitome of a captain. He is beyond knowledgable, calm and easy going. No matter where you want to go, whatever island, restaurant or secret cove - he will lead you there! We could not have asked for a better family trip on Mario's beautiful boat, "Cardea". We will no doubt be back on it again next year. So y'all better not book up all the dates!!! ;)

5.00Captain Mario, includes but not limited to, being a highly experienced sailor with numerous sailing awards, ocean crossings under his belt, as well as valuable experience from his work as bridge officer from the commercial fleet in Croatia. He definitely knows how to make a sailing most enjoyable. In addition to extensive in-depth knowledge of local and regional history, geography and culinary expertise being personally acquainted with every important restaurant chef on the entire Croatian coast. Having enjoyed numerous charters and sailing experiences, we always look forward to traveling with Captain Mario and his chef (wife) on his beautiful Sailing Boat Cardea. Traveling along the gorgeous Croatian Adriatic coast, Ionian Sea and Greek islands, as well as along the beautiful Italian Adriatic coast, each time making unforgettable life memories. Sailing with Mario enriched our life’s tremendously with beauty of untouched nature, beautiful food experiences, skilled sailing excitement, kindness and talent of his beautiful wife Maria and her incredible cooking, and most precious, his kindness, confidence, knowledge of his boat and the sea, and heart warming humor. 5.00We had the most amazing day on this boat! The skipper was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and welcome the entire trip. The boat was very comfortable and well-kept, and we got to enjoy beautiful views in the best way possible. Truly an unforgettable experience – highly recommended!

5.00Skipper Mario picked us up on Korcula and we have been sailing with him for 2 days. His boat is in great condition and he absolutely knows what he is doing!! If you want to experience a great sailing tour far away from the mainstream, this is the place for you! Mario offers fixed tours, but in hr you can also decide for yourself. On board there are 4 double cabins, 3WC with shower, air conditioning etc... Highly recommended!!
