5.00Dress warmly. Such a great tour. Our guide was wonderful and so knowledgable. Recommend paying the extra amount for early access. So worth it without tons of people.

5.00This tour was very comprehensive. Our guide,Jeremy, was full of interesting facts and historical references. He really brought English history alive. We walked a great deal and as we walked and when we paused he made sure to give us valuable information on what we were seeing , its historical importance and how it fit into its times. I would recommend this tour highly.

5.00We booked this tour onlune as one of our first activities as we were very excited to see the Tower and ride the boat on the Thames which gives you a fabulous view of the key locations from the river. We were very lucky to have Babs as our guide. She is a Londoner who is knowledgeable about all things London. She helped get the best spots in lines, positions for viewing the opening ceremony , and answered all of our questions. Oh and because I missed the meeting location because I didn't read all of the information in the Viator listing, she didn't abandon me...she stayed abd made sure she found us. We were so appreciative. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00We had an excellent tour with Babs. I would note that if you plan to spend an extensive amount of time at the Tower of London, you might have to return on your own as there is about 2 hours allotted to spend looking around but this was enough time for us to see the Crown Jewels and the major exhibits/towers. Meeting a Beefeater and being the first group into the Crown Jewels was very nice. Babs also made sure we got to catch the Changing of the Guard and the boat ride was great. Very informative.

5.00This was great. We had early access , opening ceremony. We were inside and saw it all as it was explained by a beefeater. Could have spent much more time here. Lots of steps.

5.00Babs was outstanding, we travel a lot, love to do tours and she has been one of the best. It was wonderful to see the London tower opening ceremonies and the Crown Jewels with minimal people there. The boat tour and walking tour were good but a little rushed. However we were rushed because Babs made a great decision to hit the changing of the guard and we saw both the Calvary and the band marching change and with the Italian soldiers mascot dog. It was a wonderful experience and she made sure we still saw everything we would have without the changing of the guard. I would highly recommend this to 1st time and seasoned London visitors

5.00I love to take tours when I travel to new cities and this is possibly the best I’ve ever been on. I ended up being the only one to sign up and unlike other companies, Urban Saunters didn’t cancel (it was actually a quick rebook after another company canceled on me). I’m so glad it happened! Babs was absolutely amazing. The tour was so comfortable and friendly. I learned a ton and she always seemed to get us to the perfect spot at the perfect time. Because it just ended up being me, she completely tailored the tour to my interests but I’m certain even a group tour would be wonderful. I got to meet the Beefeater and Guard (what a lucky turn!). She gave me so many helpful tips for the rest of my visit and future ones as well. I’m saving this company (and Babs’s) names for future visits and can’t wait to come back with my husband and/or kids. Book this tour. Go with Babs. You won’t regret it.
Don’t forget to see and learn about the Ravens.

5.00Highly recommend doing this before the crowds. We were able to do this tour early and learn more about the history of the tower and the monarch. We found the Yeomen ( Beefeater) tour very insightful, and were able to access other areas that were not easily accessible to the public so less crowds. The history of the Ravens were very interesting, and seeing them around the Tower was very interesting. My kids thoroughly enjoyed this.
