Start your adventure early with a 5:30 AM pick-up from your hotel lobby, as our group speedboat departs promptly at 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo.

The boats we use are exactly the ones we publish here. We offer three types of speedboats to suit our booking needs : a larger speedboat for up to 17 guest, a medium speedboat for up to 14 guest, and a smaller speedboat for up to 7 gues. Even with just one booking, our boat will depart as scheduled.

Arrive ahead of the crowds and explore the iconic attractions of Komodo National Park with a thoughtfully designed itinerary that includes trekking, photography, and snorkeling activities. Our schedule ensures you experience these attractions at their best and you'll arrive in Labuan Bajo by 4:00 PM, making it ideal for those catching an afternoon return flight.

We will provide a lunch box and snorkeling gear for your trip. To ensure everything is perfectly arranged, please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies and your shoe size.

As we do not provide breakfast and towels, kindly bring your own breakfast box and towel for the trip.

For clients with an afternoon flight after the tour, you are welcome to bring your luggage on the speedboat.

The total duration of the tour is approximately 650 minutes, including 195 minutes of speedboat transfers between destinations, 400 minutes for activities and 55 minutes for the shuttle service and check-in process at the harbor

If you’re even thinking about visiting Komodo National Park, STOP SCROLLING and book this early bird tour now. Waking up before sunrise has never been so rewarding. Our 5:30 AM pickup was perfectly on time, and by 6:00 AM we were skimming across the ocean on a sleek, comfortable speedboat that felt like something out of a Bond movie. Our guide? A living legend. Friendly, funny, and fiercely passionate about Komodo’s beauty. The itinerary was a masterpiece—each stop was timed to perfection. We hiked Padar Island just as the sun crested the horizon, casting golden light over the jagged peaks. We saw Komodo dragons up close without elbowing through crowds. We snorkeled with manta rays in water so clear it looked photoshopped. This tour doesn’t just deliver on its promises—it soars past them. Every detail was polished: the pacing, the vibes, the gear, the snacks, the dry towels. We were back in Labuan Bajo by 4 PM, sun-kissed, salty-haired, and completely enchanted. Bottom line: this is the way to do Komodo. Book it. Set your alarm. Thank me later.

The day was planned to perfection. We avoided crowds all day and we saw so so much on just one trip. We were lucky to see 6-8 Komodo dragons, we saw so many gigantic Mantas and we even saw some turtles not to mention gorgeous reefs, clear water beaches, amazing views and much more. The crew was friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a MUST do! Highly recommend this activity and this provider. Thank you for a very memorable experience!

Highly recommend Komodo Snorkel and the Early Bird day package! Was in contact with Ervis throughout the booking process; he was highly responsive and helpful with all my questions. Chatting with him, one can see he is passionate about not only the conservation, protection & education of the environment in Indonesia, but also about providing the best experience for visitors to enjoy the beauty of the area. The early start of this package was a bonus – we were able to beat the heat and other tour groups hiking up the first destination!
Snorkeling with oceanic mantas

We got extremely lucky and saw close to 10mantas at the manta point which was the ultimate highlight for us. The hike on padar island was also very nice and great to be there before the other boats arrived as well as at the pink beach (which IS pink). We saw a handful of dragons on Komodo which was nice. The lunch could have been nicer. Overall good trip and worth the early wake up call.

A fantastic tour and under amazing guidance from Hugo and crew on board. So helpful, fun and easy going. We saw everything as stated in the plan… we swam with mantas and turtles with plenty of time saw so many komodo dragons and deers! They even offered to take pictures and videos of us at the picture perfect viewpoints. I can’t recommend this tour enough - all jam packed in one day.
