5.00This was a fantastic tour and we were delighted to have such a great tour guide! John was brilliant. Great pre pick up communication and very knowledgable on the day. He did a great job avoiding queues and spent just the right amount of time at each part of the park. He took some great photos for us too! I would recommend him to anyone. He talked about other tours he does too and I wish I’d known this beforehand as I would definitely used him for other days too but sadly we were leaving the following day. Use John, he was brilliant!

5.00I booked this trip to Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge for my parents, and it exceeded all expectations. Brian, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived at our hotel in Hoi An right on time and immediately made my parents feel comfortable. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient throughout the entire tour. My parents were a bit hesitant to go without me, but Brian took exceptional care of them every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, stayed by their side the whole time, and navigated the area with ease—taking shortcuts and making the experience smooth and enjoyable. He even helped take photos and is an excellent photographer—he really knows his angles! My mom was especially happy with all the pictures. When my parents returned to the hotel, they couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the experience was. Brian truly made the trip memorable for them. Thank you, Brian, for taking such great care of my parents. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam!
