5.00My wife and I had the most amazing day with John at Ba Na Hills. We were picked up from our hotel and taken directly to Ba Na Hills check in area. John knows the area like the back of his hand, was able to navigate the crowds and made it seamless for us to have an amazing experience. He also took great photos of us to remember the day. We paired this experience with an additional tour of marble mountain and got to also learn how the marble is processed and turned into statues. Then wrapped up with an amazing local lunch. We recommend reaching out to John to see how to make the most of your trip. We couldn’t be more thankful for John and his amazing knowledge of the areas and kindness. Truly has made our trip wonderful and would recommend to anyone traveling to Hoi An or Da Nang. His English is very very good and helps bridge the gap communicating and understanding the locals and the culture.

5.00We had a full day private tour. Tour guide Quang was amazing. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and spoke great English (easy to understand and communicate with). We felt very comfortable with him taking my family around. He was patient and looked after my 81yo mother very well. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. He went at our pace and was flexible and happy to adjust according to our interests. Try and ask for John or Quang but I’m sure anyone in their small local team would be great! Thanks John for sending Quang. Sorry it had to be in this unfortunate circumstances.

5.00Ba Na Hills can be very crowded but our guide John was able to get us around with great ease. His English was excellent and he had a great sense of humor. His knowledge of the area was faultless. One of the bonus’ was that he took great photos of us at every stop.

5.00We had a great experience with Lanh and Sang on our private tour. It is 100% worth the early start to get there early and beat the crowds (and the heat!). The transport was comfortable and the itinerary was well planned. Everything was included so we didn’t have to line up for tickets or anything. Lanh offered to take lots of photos for us which was great! He also taught us a lot about not just the sites we were seeing but also about life in Vietnam. It was great getting to know him and chatting to him about his life and sharing a bit about our lives in Australia. The only thing I would add is to make sure you grab some food when you are up in the French village - we didn’t appreciate that we wouldn’t have another opportunity to eat until after the tour, so we didn’t eat much and wished we had. Overall we had a great day, really recommend!

5.00Our tour of Ba Na Hills was incredible because of our tour guide Quyen. The visual highlight was the Golden Bridge, but the rich experience was all Quyen. Learning about Vietnam, its traditions and culture made our experience truly memorable and that is why you should visit Vietnam. Whether you want to see Ba Na Hills for a day of family activities or learn about Vietnam and its history, Quyen is the guide we recommend. Sang, our driver was great as well. He ensured we were safe and comfortable getting to and from our destination.
