This is the third time I used these kinds of passes (the first was Madrid and then Copenhagen); all I can tell is that it is effortless and convenient. Simply, get the pass, download the BODDY App, and browse through the different locations they have (you can check them before purchasing too). Once you see the one you like, for me was Toronto Athletic Club (WHAT A GYM!) go there, check in using the app and they happily let you in. Trust me, so so easy.
