  Natasha was incredible and helped me and my children in more than one way. Not only was she friendly and kind she also went the extra mile big time. Being a single mom of two young children I had accidentally got sidetracked and left my phone in the car after being dropped off at the airport. I had reached out but had no luck as far as trying to get the phone back. I flew back to the states. Then my sister received a text message and it was Natasha saying she had my phone! Natasha wrapped it up and took it to DHL for me and it was just delivered! She was such a blessing! What a great experience!

  Natasha gave us such a warm welcome and gave us a great tour en route to our hotel! She was also kind enough to make stops for us to pick up groceries, spirits, etc.

  Natasha was amazing!! She was very walm and welcoming. A great driver who really helped with my anxiety. I felt like I could trust her and her driving. We pretty much used her for the whole week and she gave us the best tips! We have never been to the Bahamas and Natasha made it an amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants the local view and tour guide with safe driving.

  Natasha was wonderful. While we used her services for taxi, I feel like we got a tour. She included my 10-year old and 12-year old in the conversation and allowed them to ask her questions as well. Her taxi was nice and clean (this was NOT the case with another taxi, so I learned to not take it for granted). After meeting her, we called her specifically when a ride was needed. On one occasion she was not available and she arranged another taxi for us!!

  What an excellent experience! Natasha was prompt, professional and engaging. She provided a hassle free, enjoyable transfer to the airport. We have been to Nassau frequently and this is our new standard! It was so refreshing to get a fair price without any back and forth. Natasha will be our go-to for the future👍

  She was absolutely awesome the communication prior to, during and after we arrived was top notch. Safe driver and key thing when you are traveling out of country you want to know you have safe reliable transportation to and from that’s exactly what we had traveling just a few weeks after they opened back up. I would definitely recommend Super Nova ❤️

  Probably one of the best services the Bahamas can offer. Natasha was amazing. She arrived exactly at the time we agreed on. Regardless she helped me with finding out information regarding my flight. I highly recommend thier service!

  Tasha is a super star! If you want top notch customer service with a smile, this is it! We used Natasha for pick up/drop off services over the course of a weekend for a bachelorette party. She got the party started! Greeted my girls at the airport with a homemade sign (which was gorgeous!) and a bottle of champagne. She kept me posted on the flight delay and when she picked up the girls from the airport which was super helpful. We were able to rely on her for a safe and fun ride each time she picked us up. Best customer service experience I have ever had in The Bahamas. 100% would recommend. Book it!

  We have been to the Bahamas 3 times and 2 of them have been with my dear friend/taxi driver yes I say dear friend because that’s what she is for our family my kids didn’t want to go anywhere out of the hotel without Tasha.. We love her and recommended her
