This activity requires a minimum of 4 guests. Should this not be met, we will contact you directly to help you get rescheduled or reimbursed.
Children under 4 years old do not need a ticket and can join the tour for free. However, food is not included. Paid tickets with food included are available for ages 4 and up.
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so the tour can start on time. The boat must depart promptly, and unfortunately, if you miss it, you won’t be able to join the tour. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that the tastings mentioned are a selection of the delicious foods we often feature. Both offerings and tour stops may vary by day or season, but you're sure to enjoy a delightful array of local flavors!

5.00Steve was an excellent guide, introducing us to the many aspects of Dutch cuisine. We sampled a variety of tasty treats and topped the walking tour off with a brief canal cruise. Altogether a great experience.

5.00We took this tour upon arrival to Amsterdam. Sabrina is very knowledgeable regarding the area's cuisine, as well as the history of this area. There was a variety of food stops. All were very good. We did not leave hungry! Highly recommend!

5.00My friend and I did the Amsterdam walking food tour with our amazing guide, Stephanie, in mid-May, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We were in a small group of just four people on the 2.5-hour tour, and by the end, Stephanie made us feel like old friends. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Amsterdam’s history, culture, and food scene, and she kept the tour at a very comfortable and enjoyable pace. The stops felt authentic and local- not just trendy places you see all over TikTok or social media. It truly felt like we were experiencing the city the way locals do. Some of our favorite tastings were the Dutch apple pie, pickled herring, and my personal favorite, bitterballen! Everything was delicious and thoughtfully chosen. At the end of the tour, Stephanie also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and, when I asked, shared some wonderful local shops where we could pick up mementos from our girls’ trip. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Amsterdam- and if you get Stephanie as your guide, you’re in for a treat!
