A full day trip that covered both a lot of ground and a lot of history in the regions outside of Busan. Bobby Kim and his colleague led the tour with patience and good humour and was able to get our large group moving efficiently and effectively as we visited 5 different places that cover the ancient Silla kingdom. The bus was very comfortable, and Bobby kept us all informed about what was happening and where to be, and when during the day. He gave interesting information about the history of the sites we visited as well as some good stories, and he is also a pro at knowing where the good photo ops are and taking the best photos from the best angles! He shared some extra places that we could visit like inside one of the royal tombs, and a nearby festival that were not usually on the itinerary, and he also shared a shopping voucher with the group which was very kind. If only the autumn showers had held off, it would have been perfect!

I loved every minute of it. I even met a another solo traveler on the tour bus and we visited Gyeongju City as a partner. What a beautiful place with a rich history. I learned the a lot. The bridge that was built about 1000-1500 years ago is amazing.

Today we had the opportunity to discover Gyeongju, the ancient capital of the kingdom of Silla, on an excursion that was much more than a sightseeing tour: it was a real journey back in time. Thanks to our guide JUN, who accompanied us with patience, closeness and a deep knowledge of history and culture, we were able to understand the greatness of this city considered an open-air museum. Each explanation was full of details and anecdotes that made us see the temples, palaces and tombs with different eyes. We visited such iconic sites as Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, Bulguksa Temple and Daereungwon area, and at each stop the experience was enriched by their words. It has been a very complete, well organized and perfectly paced excursion, where we not only learned, but also enjoyed and connected with the essence of Korea. I totally recommend this experience to any traveler who wants to live Gyeongju in an authentic and special way.

We had a great tour, with our fantastic guide Bobby Kim. He was talkative and really informative. The tour took us to some different places, with a lot of history, that is explained by Bobby Kim. He was really passionate about telling stories about the places we visited.
