The street night photography tour was excellent . Martin S was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patience and full of positive energy he took me to the beautiful street of Edinburgh and share practical tips and clever tricks in shooting at night. I highly recommend this street night photography tour.

I went on a night photo tour with Martin a few weeks ago, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Martin is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a kind and patient teacher. He created a relaxed, supportive environment that made learning both fun and inspiring. One of the most valuable lessons I took away was that it’s okay to bend the rules when it comes to camera settings and to trust your instincts. Martin encouraged creativity and experimentation, which really helped me see night photography in a new light—literally and figuratively. If you're looking to improve your photography skills or just want a unique, memorable experience, I highly recommend this tour. You'll leave with great shots, new knowledge, and a fresh perspective.

I had the pleasure of meeting Martin for my 1:1 evening photography walking tour in Edinburgh, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! The city’s charm really shines during the twilight hours, and this tour perfectly captured that magic. My guide, Martin, was not only an incredibly knowledgeable photographer but also a fantastic teacher. He had this wonderful way of breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand terms. His passion for photography and the city was infectious, and he was always eager to share tips on how to capture the perfect shot. The tour took us through some of Edinburgh’s most iconic locations, with stunning backdrops of the castle, cobbled streets, and unique architecture. But as this tour is 1:1 you can choose the locations (within reason) that you want to visit. Martin was patient and encouraging, helping me find a style and encouraging me to experiment with different settings on my camera. He was also truly helpful before the tour. My luggage was lost on the way to Edinburgh and so while I had my camera, I had no battery or tripod for my tour. I was able to borrow a tripod, and he directed me to where I could purchase a battery. All was not lost! By the end of the evening, I had not only taken some incredible photos but also gained valuable skills I can use in my future photography endeavours. Thank you Martin. If you're visiting Edinburgh and looking for a fun and educational way to explore the city while honing your photography skills, this tour is a must-do!

I did a night tour and for non Scots it was cold but Martin took me to a warm place at regular intervals. would recommend to anyone who wants something more than a picture with tourists in it. thanks martin

Martin was a great guide. He spent time up front determining what places would be best for the photography I like to do. We had a lot of great discussions during the tour, and I was able to shoot a lot of interesting spots
