We are Ahmed & Shorouk, an Egyptian married couple and we want to share with you our great passion of Cairo through coffee & tea .
We come from a culture where coffee & tea are the first thing that they offer you when you visit any house. We drink coffee and tea for breakfast and tea after every meal, so those two drinks are a fundamental part of the Egyptian life.

A walking tour that takes you through coffee shops in Cairo where you will learn the history of coffee and tea in Egypt and the types that exist. In this experience, we will visit 2 stops to taste the most fascinating and exotic coffee and tea in Cairo. An authentic Egyptian breakfast prepared by local hands and a good conversation, does not sound like a good plan? So not only you are going to enjoy a delicious infusion and breakfast experience, but you will also be supporting small producers. You can BUY TO TAKE AWAY coffees ,teas and spices offered in each of the stores. The experience will take place at coffee shops in downtown Cairo. 10% of the profit from this experience goes to charity to help some families in need.

5.00Very relaxed and easy going morning talking with a local. We visited local small artisan factories, had local coffee and tea. You get an insight into local morning activities.

5.00WOOOW! This tour was amazing, so much fun and so different from all the regular tourist tours! Ahmed is super knowledgeable, you will learn so much about the history of Egypt as well as local history in Cairo, typical Egyptian life. What I loved even more is that Ahmed and Shorouk also give back to the community by donating food to the less fortunate. Such a special experience! I would this tour again and again and I'm sure I would see, taste and learn something different everytime. I highly recommend booking with them! You will live something unique!

5.00My family and I had one of the most memorable experiences while in Egypt with Shorouk. The Coffee Experience was done in a way that kept my whole family engaged. Shorouk's friendly and caring personality made us feel like we were family. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone who loves a new experience, some great coffee with a fantastic guide.
