1.00Absolute rip off. Paid £350 for a family of four thinking this would be an amazing experience. Charged us for four adults as our children are over 12. Adult price to summit via lift is 23.10€ and youth price 11.60€ total (69.40€) £60.08. So we paid £290 for a tour guide !!! The tour guide wasn’t the best to be honest very nice and friendly but only gave a small number of facts. Most of the time we stood in silence. We were accompanied straight to 2nd floor, and pointed in the direction of 3rd floor lift where the tour guide disappeared. I feel absolutely ripped off. We did try to cancel this in advance but there is a strict no cancellation policy.

1.00Attempted to cancel or move due to a serious issue that arose on trip and they wouldn’t. Said I had to call viator to get it done, called them, then they said had to call vendor, they called vendor, then call hung up on me, I callled back, then they called vendor again, then they said no. No mercy, no help, no care. Said they’d email me outcome after emailing vendor and then never heard back.

5.00It was a great experience. Our guide taught us some unknown things about the Eiffel Tower. It was wasy to find the meeting spot. It was easy to get into the Eiffel Tower, although it was busy. We skipped the main lines, but had to wait a small amount of time in security lines. Made it to the summit and it was awesome.

1.00Don't come Rip off Been here several times past 30 years And never saw it this F/U and this expense My advice to anyone thinking about visiting the tower should think again and eather come in January or go somewhere else

5.00It is utmost astonishing to catch all impressions under, inside and on top of this tower bearing in mind how much effort Mr. Eiffel had to bring in to make it really happen after long struggles and endless courage
