  They said private/shared. Baloney! The boat was filled with 26 tourists. Packed like sardines in a can. Two of the five beaches we were told to rent a kayak. Baloney, I swam anyway. I’m confident the company made a kickback from the kayak rentals. The places we went to had very loyalty live coral and few fish.

  The crew were efficient and very helpful, our guide was by our side all day long, the boat ride was smooth and fully equipped

  Philippines divers are unreliable vendor. I had to cancel all my tours from this company. Today they did not call or pick me up from hotel as scheduled. I lost the full day due to there incompetence . I highly discouraged to all using this vendor or get ready for disappointment if you do. Good luck

  Incredible experience and everything was made so easy and convenient. The destinations are incredible and a special thanks to the team who agreed for me to create my own bespoke itinerary of destinations for the tour! A big mention to my guide Joshua who was amazing from start to finish - so kind and helpful and really made the trip special!

  Don’t prepay for any trips while in El Nido, just wait until you get there. It will be cheaper and less complicated. If you pay in advance, nobody cares if you show up or not, they already have your money. I asked the taxi driver to take me to the address that was provided by the second or third party vendor, the driver said that he does not recognize this address at all and he will get us close as he can. The local tour companies never heard of Philippines divers or Viator. I took a Screenshot of Google maps, when it said that I arrived at the address provided (2 different locations).

  What an absolute joke of a tour company trading as Philippines Divers (cant find them on Google). Massively lacking in management, communication, and respect. They hadn't notified us that they were going to be late by 45 minutes in collecting us as we were aimlessly waiting on the side of the road for someone to turn up with no response from them. Later, we discovered that the tour was never organized even though we had booked and paid in full. We refused their full refund or rescheduling offer as we had booked to travel to Coron the next day. Their representative was floating around and half the time on the phone, arranging for a last-minute boat for us where we met another couple in the same situation, who had also not had been notified why the tour hasn't started. Note that we were burning daylight for a 7 hour tour, which was meant to start at 9:30am. Approximately 3 hours later, the tour company had finally organized a boat (who was a skipper, not a tour guide) as a "Combination Tour" which was partly what we booked and they demanded that our payment is to be kept in full regardless of what type of "tour" we are getting, late start so the tour will be short, and no lunch will be provided as booked. The rude tour representative had implied that they were doing us a favor by organizing our tour last minute because we refused their offer. Infuriated with this and a heated discussion later, we agreed on receiving a 50% refund (which was generous on our behalf) and carried on with the tour that had lost its excitement. Post this incident and tour, I had no communication from this company and still struggling to get our refund. I recommend TripAdvisor to remove this tour company being listed on their website due to poor management, respect, and a lack of communication in a nutshell.

  We had a lot of fun. The driver was very attentive, and so was the boat crew. Lunch was good as well, with a variety of seafood and pork/chicken and fruit. Small Lagoon stole the show, truly amazing!

  Tour guide was great and overall amazing views. Snorkeling is a must. Some downsides though are: - Lagoons are only accessible by kayak. No swimming allowed. - Kayaks are NOT included. You’ll have to pay $300php per lagoon to kayak, otherwise you’re just sitting on the boat for an hour while everyone else kayaks. So bring cash. - Snorkel gear is NOT included. You’ll have to rent these at the beach before getting on the boat ($200php). Lastly, book this tour while in person, either through the hotel or local tour operator. Otherwise you’re going to be paying more than double the rate.

  If your not a fan of malaria, avoid the mangrove River tour. The guides were excellent. Both in the mangrove and underwater River tour.
