We love to start our day early and travel with small groups to make the experience more personal and unique. We are dedicated to offering the best possible tour and experience guided by a Puerto Rican born and raised on the island. Our focus is outdoor adventures where we seek to connect with nature and learn about the wonders of Borinken.

El Yunque National Forest
We are going to visit the eastern side of our rainforest El Yunque for a fun adventure. A hike guided by a local tour guide of 30 to 40 minutes long on a muddy, slippery but fun path where we would learn about the flora and fauna hidden in the mountains (PROPER SHOES ARE RECOMMENDED). Also get to swim on fresh, natural pools, have fun on a natural waterslide, cliff jumps and rope swing (water activities are optional).
Luquillo Beach
After the hike we are going to visit one of the oldest markets in Puerto Rico, Los Kioskos de Luquillo, to have a delicious puertorrican lunch close to the beach (food price not included).

5.00This was an amazing experience. Lilo was the best tour guide we could have ever asked for. She brought us a fresh fruit treat for the hike/river and was encouraging to everyone along the way. She clearly is very passionate about what she does, she educated us about El Yunque and Puerto Rico in general. Before you get there you will stop for the best smoothie of your life. During the hike you get to go down the waterslide, rope swing, and cliff jump. On your way back you stop at a beautiful beach with many kiosks. Overall amazing experience - ask for Lilo if you can!
Lilo was such an amazing tour guide. So knowledgeable about the rainforest and so funny . The rainforest was beautiful!

5.00Small tour, so the experience felt intimate and personal. Adrianna was our tour guide and she was kind, mindful, intentional. She has so much knowledge that she shared through the trip. She made us feel comfortable from the start! We left early in the AM and got to our destination before all the larger groups arrived. Breakfast and lunch were delicious! Loved having local food.

5.00Marlon was an amazing tour guide for our El Yunque tour! He was very informative, attentive, and made sure everyone in the group felt safe throughout the entire experience. He also went above and beyond taking pictures for our group and making sure we were all having a great time. His energy and professionalism made the tour even more enjoyable. The next time I visit Puerto Rico, I will definitely book another tour with Marlon again!

5.00If you’re thinking of going to El Yunque and are looking for a guided tour, then look no further! Isla Borinken tours is the best tour out there! Lilo (our tour guide) did an amazing job in both educating us and making sure we were all having a great time! We got the full rain forest experience with some rain on our hike but that just added to the fun! I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun AND educational tour.

5.0010/10 experience and 100/10 tour guide!! Lilo was the best tour guide (and overall person) we could have been given and made our experience wonderful! We started our day at 7am and ended it at 3:30pm and we were so sad to leave! We will definitely be back to PR and use Isla Borinken for many more tours!

Lilo was our guide and she was so knowledgeable and passionate about the forest, always giving fun facts, sharing bits about Puerto Rican history, and teaching us how to respect the land while also being a fun and charismatic guide that gave us the confidence to cliff jump, scale steep inclines, and do all the fun water activities!! The tour takes you to two additional locations outside of el yunque where you get to visit locally owned businesses. I had some of the best fruit I have ever had on this excursion!!!

Súper buena energía, friendly, and he really knew the history of El Yunque and Puerto Rico, which made the experience even better. Also, THANK YOU for the amazing photography!
