On this tour you’ll be pick up at your place of stay and driven to the Rainforest which is about an hour drive from San Juan, on the way there we will cover topics like history, food, music, political status and any questions or concerns that you have we can discuss it! Discover local feeling about being a US Territory on the Caribbean!

This Tour Operates under special use permit from USDA Forest service on the El Yunque National Forest, Permit Number YNF-22003

Ingrid was a knowledgeable guide on the biodiversity of the Yunque rainforest. Being my first time in a jungle, I appreciated the insights she had in navigating through a mountainous tropical biome. Also, great lunch option.

We had a great time our tour guide. Isaac was amazing. The kids had a great time. It was totally a kid friendly. They love, climbing up the rocks of the waterfall.

It was great seeing the rainforest with it's mountains and waterfalls. Our guide Isaac was excellent. He is definitely a fantastic guide with his knowledge of El Yunque and would recommend him to anyone.
Beautiful with a "cardio" kicker

There was more hiking than we originally thought. I thought our guide was joking when he talked about getting our "cardio" in during a portion of the tour. He was not ... and while we were prepared with the proper footwear (and I could use the exercise) there were some in our tour group that probably read the description as we did, and they would have picked a different experience. Overall, the tour was great. Got to see some beautiful scenes, learn about the only rainforest in the National Park system, experience some local flavors and put our feet in the local waters.

We had a great time! Isaac, our tour guide was awesome- friendly, knowledgeable, and great energy! Both our 11 yo and 6 yo loved it, as did we! Highly recommend and would do it again!

Our trip involved a short hike - opportunity to swim - see a beautiful waterfall ; climb a tower and eat a good lunch! All with excellent commentary and interesting information provided by our guide albeny

The trip started with pickup at our hotel. We then went for a 40-50min hike, quite a way up the mountain but no advanced ability needed. After that we drove to the lookout tower and then a river where we could go in the water if we wanted to. It was overall fun and we learned a lot on the hike.
