• Fun trip to El Yunque rainforest and Loquillo beach

  Nelson and crew were very accommodating and kind. They picked us up at our hotel and took us to El Yunque where we hiked, did the natural water slides and saw waterfalls. On the way there we also stopped at a delicious Frutera that had fruit smoothies, lunch food, snacks, water shoes and more. After the rainforest we went to Loquillo beach and hung out there. The beach was great and there were lots of restaurants close by for lunch/dinner. Our entire family enjoyed the day and I would highly recommend Nelson and his team!

  Write-up indicated plenty of water for duration of trip. No water was provided. There was a quick roadside stop to purchase snacks/water/ smoothies, though. Our tour guide, William Omar was WONDERFUL! Took FANTASTIC photos/video! Would've liked to SEE more of the rainforest! Natural water slides were cool. Refreshing water, not too cold. Lovely! Initial emails & texts from Viator, then Activ (although we received info that trip was thru Utopia, quite confusing!) were very confusing. One message had us meeting at Marriott at 9:30, finally picked-up at 10:35. Upon return learned that we could have been transferred from The Condado Plaza where we were staying. Thankfully, William returned us to The Condado rather than the Marriott. Read ALL texts before your trip. Hopefully that'll save the wait to start your adventure.   It was lots of fun, great experience. Better to be agile though. Also making sure you have water shoes or at least socks is a great idea when doing rainforest experience. Thanks Loui ss

  Our guide Jonathan was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and supportive especially when tackling the water slide. He was engaging and made the trip fun. Only negative is the van used for transport. AC was barely working and not cleaned out from prior trip. My expectations are minimal. No left over water bottles and bear bottles and lunch.

  So much fun! Nelson and Jose were great hosts and were so encouraging and kind! I would book again in a heartbeat.

• Helpful guide, uninspiring tour. Guide was good. But barely saw rain forest which was disappointing to us. Not great.

  The trip started with a slight delay but once our driver arrived, Jose was absolutely fantastic and made sure we had the best tour of the rain forest and a fantastic swim in the ocean with crystal clear water!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Jose!!! Best Honeymoon ever!

  I received an email after I was waiting at the meeting place that the trip was cancelled. An email the night before would have been been great , saved me the time and Uber expense to go to the meeting place.

  It was a great experience. Very beautiful and guide was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the guide took all the videos and pictures on his phone and he have yet to receive them. After contacting him multiple times through messaging and phone calls we have still yet to get a response. Overall it was a great experience just wish we had take the pictures and videos on our phone or he would send them to us. We wanted to use our own phones but he insisted he use his. Recommend this but take your own pictures and videos. The rainforest is beautiful and if you are looking for a long stay to see everything I wouldn’t do this tour. It was perfect for us with the transportation and a faster pace visit so if that is what you are looking for highly recommend!
