  The trip started with a slight delay but once our driver arrived, Jose was absolutely fantastic and made sure we had the best tour of the rain forest and a fantastic swim in the ocean with crystal clear water!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Jose!!! Best Honeymoon ever!

  It was a great experience. Very beautiful and guide was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the guide took all the videos and pictures on his phone and he have yet to receive them. After contacting him multiple times through messaging and phone calls we have still yet to get a response. Overall it was a great experience just wish we had take the pictures and videos on our phone or he would send them to us. We wanted to use our own phones but he insisted he use his. Recommend this but take your own pictures and videos. The rainforest is beautiful and if you are looking for a long stay to see everything I wouldn’t do this tour. It was perfect for us with the transportation and a faster pace visit so if that is what you are looking for highly recommend!

  Absolutely amazing time. Nelson was great and made sure we had a blast. The rainforest was beautiful and the water slide was so much fun! Afterwards he took us to the beach and we had the best Mofongo! 10 out 10 made us feel like family and we would definitely recommend!

  We had an amazing experience, going to the rainforest in Puerto Puerto. We had the most excellent driver, Jose, who was very attentive and treated us like family. Next time we’re down here we’re definitely gonna ask for Jose again. El Yunque was breath taking and the camera does not capture its beauty.

  The tour was amazing and, the company that we booked with made it even better. We were expertly advised on how to do the slides at El Yunque for optimum enjoyment. We stopped at this really nice place to eat before heading to the rainforest. The food was amazing at this place. The tour guide was able to answer any questions that we might have had, as well as providing some historical facts along the way. He was equipped with beach chairs and life jackets which added to our all day comfort.

  The El Yunque rainforest is a must while in Puerto Rico, but I recommend another company. They were unclear about pickup time and ran late - we even had to stop for gas. They did not provide adequate transportation for our numbers, luckily a taxi at our hotel stepped in to help. But we were crammed in unsafely for portions of the tour. The main tour guide was more concerned about making videos for TikTok than our experience. At Luquillo, Kiosk #33 was closed. We weren’t given a lot of time at Luquillo and he changed the return time without notifying everyone. I was traveling with students and they said he was using his phone and had been drinking before the drive home. However, I will say that one of our party did leave a bag with money and they were kind enough to return it to the hotel.

  My sister and I went on this tour together and it wasted an entire day of our trip. For starters we were told the night before the pickup time was 9:30-10:30 am and when I asked for specifics they wouldn’t tell us anything else. So we went to the meetup spot at 9:30 and they called up around then and we met them in the shuttle. The other families did not get there until after 10:30. I can’t even blame them because the instructions were unclear. The tour guide told us that the latest we would wait was until 11:00 after we had already been sitting in the van for 45 minutes. So finally we actually get to the tour and the guide is stressing that we need socks so we don’t slip on the rocks and not to bring anything because it could get lost. Don’t let them convince you to buy socks and bring whatever you want on the hikes. I didn’t even have my phone to take pictures and the ones they take for you are just okay. The hikes were fine, it was a muddy and we weren’t able to swim at the first location due to rain the day before. The guide, however, was an extreme stickler for safety and made the whole thing such a drag. He kept saying “Don’t be creative” and we weren't allowed to step anywhere other than where he told us to. At one point I slightly slipped (literally no harm done) and he gave me the biggest “I told you so” speech as if I was a child. We couldn’t do anything on our own, including the slide. There were little kids standing on rocks and sliding down and he made us crawl up in front of the some 50 people there, it was honestly embarrassing. Then he spent 15 minutes telling us how to go down the slide, making it so no one else there could get past. When he came down last he didn’t follow what he told us to do anyways. This hike has no age restrictions or swimming requirements. One of the families had three kids with them, around 3, 5, and 6. The three year old cried and whined the entire time and one of the older kids had a iPad at max volume on the shuttle. None of the four adults could swim, at one point my sister and I pulled two of the them out of the current. The photos had mostly adults but know this is a risk. We almost didn’t do part of the hike/second slide we paid for because the guide didn’t think they would make it. Because we took so long to everything thanks to the little kids, by the time we got to Luquillo we only had an hour to spend there. We barely had time to sit down and get food, we did not even get to go to the beach. That all being said we were only in PR for 4 days and really wanted to see El Yunque but this tour was a waste of all whole day. The guide really did seem like a nice guy but made us feel like we were on a school trip with strict rules. The slides were a couple seconds of fun, the hikes just fine, and the beach, who knows we don’t get to go.

  Nelson and Miguel provided us with the most perfect day in Puerto Rico! Everything was relaxed and we felt super safe!
