5.00We did a private tour to El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo with Salsa PR Tours, and it was truly beyond amazing. I went with my three kids, and we had an unforgettable day filled with waterfalls, nature, and pure joy. The experience felt incredibly safe and well organized, which meant everything to me as a parent. The kids had so much fun swimming in the waterfalls and exploring, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Our guide, Reí, was kind, patient, and super knowledgeable about Puerto Rican culture and the island’s history. He even shared fresh fruit with us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel personal and authentic. This wasn’t just a tour — it felt like being shown around by a friend who truly loves Puerto Rico. If you’re traveling with kids and want a fun, safe, and meaningful adventure, I can’t recommend Salsa PR Tours enough. We’ll cherish these memories forever. 💛🌴

5.00Had a great trip with Jean. He was on time picking us up at the hotel and was a great guide. The hike, waterslide, cliff jumping and rope swing were all fun and expertly managed. Then it was topped off with fruit by the river and a delicious lunch.

1.00They cancelled twice less than 24 hours with no explanation and no prior communication. It was too late to rebook with another company and we missed going to the rainforest while on vacation. When I tried calling there was no answer or I would be disconnected.

5.00Our El Yunque Rainforest tour was an amazing experience from start to finish! The rainforest itself was stunning, but what really made the day special was our guide, Jean. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time — he was knowledgeable, funny, and full of great energy. Jean showed us some hidden spots we never would’ve found on our own and even surprised us with fresh mangos along the way (such a sweet touch!). The whole tour was way better than we expected, and we left with incredible memories. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico, definitely book this tour — and ask for Jean! 🌿🥭✨
No communication about time change, wasted time and money

2.00I arrived at the meeting point 5 minutes early. I waited and eventually called the company when the pickup time (7am - 7:15am) was over. I was told the time had changed to 11am due to road closure. I had not been informed about this at all. No call, no email, nothing. The automatic email sent at 5am still said 7am. I wasted around 40 dollars to get an Uber to the pick up point and to get one back after not being able to go. The person who answered the phone was nice and did try to get me transport for the 11am tour (only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1), but none was available. I’m really disappointed because I have no time to fit this in tomorrow and I leave the day after. I did get a full refund, but that doesn’t make up for the time and money for Ubers that was lost.

The Bomba dance class with Charlotte, was a highlight, letting us connect with culture and show off our moves. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Puerto Rico at its best!

5.00Reiner was friendly, informative and made certain all members of his group were accounted for and were able to move along at their own speed. He provided information on the ride to El Yunque, in the park as well as on the ride back. We had a delicious local meal near the beach on the way back with an varied menu to better serve everyone from kids to adults. I would recommend to anyone! There were no blood sucking flies of any kind.
