  It was ok. But some things I'd like to share, for the future, that you might improve: * I received a bike that was too big for me, and you didn't have other (smaller) bikes to offer, I'd recommend buying bikes for all sizes. * No helmets available for us, which I found very dangerous. * The guide didn't know the tour very well, he had to ask for explanations of his colleague for 10 min before departure. * No stopping at beautiful spots, because the guide wanted to go forward, a pity since there were beautiful spots sometimes. * The guide stopped to light up his cigarette 4 times in 1h15 * Tour was 1h15 and not 2h30 because my boyfriend had a flat tire, his tire exploded completely and they didn't have other bikes so we just had to stop the tour --> for this issue they were great, and made a commercial gesture. In the overall, it was a fun activity, and we passed through beautiful places. But I think there are some points that really need some improvements.

  I rented an electric scooter via the website and when I arrived I was told that the scooter was not available until September and that the refund would be made within 48 hours. After 40 eight hours payment has still not been made. I was just told that the site was badly done and that he had not had a scooter for some time.

• A bike tour or a bike ride??

  It was not clear instructions to find the starting place for the bike tour. Had to call them once there for further directions. Staff were friendly enough and quick to get paperwork completed. We felt it was more of a bike ride rather than a tour. There was no conversation whilst riding to the stop off points. (Only 2 of them). I would like to have known about the wildlife we could hear on the ride, but when I mentioned it, I was just told there is lots of it. When we did stop, there was not a lot of information given. We had to ask questions to get information about the sites and there was not much given. You need to be a relatively confident rider as the terrain has lots of loose stones, sand and about half of the ride is on the roads. It is stated it runs for 2 and a half hours but we were back in 1 hour 45.

  Antonio was very friendly and know his route well. A medium level of fitness is required. Terrain is mixed between off road and on road. E bikes mad elight work of hills etc. Really enjoyed the experience as seen lots of the coastline and the highlights of the local nature reserve. The directions to the start point was a little difficult to follow, but we found them. Better signage might help. Overall very happy with experience

  Where to start ? We loved the route and our time with friends and thankfully our friend knew the area but as for a tour ? Firstly the seat height could not be adjusted so don't go if you're under 5 foot 3...there was no safety briefing, no information about any of the route, no time to stop for photographs. The drink stop referred to in the description on the tour was a clearing by the lake with nowhere to buy a drink. Wasn't a big issue in April but go prepared as imagine if this was in the heat of July. The man leading the route had no water, no first aid or bike equipment ( thankfully none needed) . He lost 2 of our party at 1 point by rushing ahead and not checking at a set of crossroads ( we were not slow, tour advertised as 2 hrs 30 and we took 2 hrs 15) We would always leave a tour guide a good tip after this type of tour but sadly couldn't justify any tip. Not that he waited to even ask if we enjoyed it. Such a shame as he seemed perfectly pleasant when we got him to engage. So avoid this trip unless they make changes

  The tour is nice and the guide also a shame that he didn't speak French despite the fact that when we booked we had indicated that we spoke French but Google translate did the rest just a criticism on the bikes which really needed maintenance because the speeds jump when you change you have to stay on the same speed to avoid problems but otherwise it was very good

  Booked the trip and we had a brilliant experience with Lander the guide who was very knowledgeable, professional and caring to make sure we got to know the secret hotspots around Torreveija.

  The tour is nice and varied, it lasts a little less than 2 hours. The guide just opened the route for us, not a word of explanation, he only spoke Spanish, and the bikes were not in good condition. It's better to rent a bike and get your bearings with a good app like Komoot.

• A sporting experience

  We had a wonderful bike tour through the nature parks on the salt lakes! Our guide had come up with a nice tour to cycle with us! It was the first time for her, but she really did fantastic! The tour would take 2.5 hours but we were done with more than 1.5 hours, this is the only downside! Highly recommended!
