  This is a real sanctuary. The elephants are cared for meticulously. We had an exceptional day making their food and feeding them, walking with them in the fields, and bathing them. We learned a lot and had a good time. A great lunch was included.

  This is an experience to not be missed. Feeding and bathing the elephants was great. Elephants should not be used for performance or rides

  From the start of our journey the driver was on time he was very polite and before we knew it we were at the sanctuary. It was amazing to see the elephants in their natural environment, you can see how well they are now cared for by the wonderful team of staff who work there. It’s was very educational and wonderful to see how much space 14 acres that the elephants have to roam in. We got to learn about the elephants nutritional needs and also the opportunity to make food for them which was a pleasure to then get to feed them. We got to roam around the open space where the elephants were feeding. We then got to plant some seeds which long-term will grow for the elephants to feed upon. After this, we had a wonderful lunch which included vegetable spring rolls, vegetable rice sandwiches and for dessert watermelon, which was perfect for me as I am a vegetarian. So far in Thailand this is the only place that has asked if anyone has any allergens which I thought was very considerate keeping those who visit the sanctuary safe when having their meal.. It was also a great surprise to find out that we could download the free video that I’ve been made of all those who attended today which was very professionally done.
