Johnston Canyon

5.00⁰This tour was wonderful even though it was raining. It was even snowing when we arrived at the beautiful Lake Louise. Our driver and guide (Naveen) did a good job in giving out information related to the park, province and country. He always shared where we were heading and how long it would take. He gave us suggestion on the hiking trail at Johnston Canyon with the time we had. Thank you, Naveen!
No need to hire a rental car from Calgary for Banff

5.00It was an action packed itinerary from get go. The driver Ash-ish was very polite and so was the operator Arun as he always answered the phone calls and accommodated our genuine request to hold the luggage on bus, although we didn’t had to.

5.00Naveen was fantastic. He went out of his way to make the journey comfortable and even dropped us off close to the gondola as we didn’t know about the park pass needed. Would definitely recommend him.

5.00We had a good experience with Matrix Tours. Due to the busy season and the high level of traffic, the tour went longer to cover all points of interests. They did not cut corners or skip stops on the itinerary like some tours would. Communication was prompt and clear from the moment we booked, and everything ran smoothly. The service was professional, well-organized, and attentive. A special shoutout to Arun who was genuinely passionate about making our tour memorable and Sanjeev who was friendly and patient.
