This amazing show is directed by Zhang Yimou, the famous film director who once directed the Opening ceremony of 2018 Beijing Olympics. Be marvel at the fantastic music with the charming dancing, as well as other spectacular arts and movements with the amazing lights lit up on the surrounding trees on the shoreline of the West Lake and its water stage. The show has received the highest praises after entertaining all the State leaders from home and abroad in the G20 Summit in 2016 Hangzhou.

The show was excellent - it showed the deep root of Chinese culture and it's compatibility with different cultures. It is a show that should not be missed in the trip in Hangzhou. I booked this just 2 days prior and the tour guide is professional and sorted out the arrangement shortly. The transfer service made me easier in planning my itinerary (the traffic jam around Xihu area should not be underestimated and if the traveller is not familiar with Xihu, this will be a big help). Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing show! I was raining lightly, so we were worried it would be cancelled. But the performers are in the water, and the seats for the audience are covered, so the show goes on even in the rain. Our guide was great - Sunny communicated well before the hotel pick-up so we were not worried. They handled tickets and walked us right into our seating area. Because of the rain, 2 of our 6 seats were wet as they happened to be right under a seam in the roof. Once our guide saw this, she spoke with the head usher, and they moved us to a dry area! I recommend this event and this tour company. And for a totally stress-free evening, pay a bit more like we did to have them pick you up and take you back to your hotel.

This was one of the most memorable shows I have ever seen and an absolute must-see when visiting Hangzhou. The tour was well organised with great communication from Sunny. Our guide, Helen, was delightful and very efficient. I highly recommend this experience!
