Duquesne Incline
One of only two remaining funiculars in the City, the Duquesne Incline offers the best view of one of the top 6 Cityscapes in the World. While at the Upper Station, phtographs, exhingits, and a brigfht and breezy narration will explain how Pittsburgh became "One of the Coolest Cities on Planet Earth".
Mount Washington
The Duquesne Incline will carry us to the top of this ridge, originally called "Coal Hill". It provides the best view of one of the top 6 Cityscapes in the World.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed the two hour private tour we booked with George as our guide. He took us to wonderful sites in Pittsburgh and through his charming and often funny stories we got a true sense of what makes this city amazing. He was personable, patient and absolutely intent on giving us a educational and exciting time. Money well spent - we can’t say enough nice thing about George!
George was AMAZING. a must do tour of all the sites especially if you are avid sports fan

5.00George was very knowledgeable and passionate about Pitt. He knows everyone. Made Pitt seem.like a small town. Alot of Pitt history is sports history. Note that the Duquesne incline only takes cash (it was clear in viator description that the admission was not included but we just don't carry a lot of cash). We rode in his sedan; the four of us fit fine (husband is 6'4).

5.00What a great experience! George Debolt has a wealth of knowledge and by far the most entertaining tour guide we have ever had and we have had many during our lifetime. Sometimes it is difficult to reach him (I guess because he is so busy) but do not let that stop you. The wait is well worth it. You will not be disappointed. If we do go back to Pittsburgh he is #1 on our list

1.00My girlfriend and I have taken countless tours across America, and **never—not once—**have we dealt with unprofessionalism like this. We booked an 11:30am tour for November 24, 2025, confirmed the day before. Then at 11:05am, just minutes before it was supposed to start, the operator abruptly canceled on us with zero explanation. We planned our entire day around this tour—and they still charged my debit card. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth your time or money. DO NOT BOOK.
