EtnaGrantour is dedicated to those who want to experience the most complete visit possible with only one day available. Generally excursions on Etna are offered in half a day with the visit of a single slope. Etna Grantour allows you to get to know 3 slopes of Etna Park starting from the Etna villages up to an altitude of about 2000 meters. Il Mattino we will dedicate to Trekking (about 2/3 hours) on the trails of the Etna park. After the "fatigues" of the walk, you will therefore have earned a refreshment stop based on local specialties. In the afternoon we will continue aboard the off-road vehicles for a 4x4 safari on off-road routes.
You will also see:
- The barren lava fields of ancient and recent castings
- The pioneer and endemic vegetation of the lavas
- Tourist locations destroyed by eruptions
- The side craters extinguished with a button panel
- The majestic caldera of the Valle del Bove
- A volcanic cave of lava flow (lava tube)

5.00We organized a weekend in Catania with a visit to Etna, the guide was very kind and attentive, told us a lot of information and accompanied us with attention and sympathy. We also had lunch organized by them and it was really delicious with tasting and then lunch. Highly recommended for children with a visit to the cave and sight of the castings

5.00We were on Etna trip in May 2024. Our guide was Francesco. It was a great experience! Trip organization was above our expectation thanks to Francesco who adjust the program of the trip accordingly to our needs and capabilities. I hope i will have another opportunity to go for another trip with etnaexcursion.it and Ciccio.

5.00Marcello and Sebastiano are the perfect guides for a group looking to discover the charm of Etna but at the same time not have stressful times. Very prepared, clear and fun they were able to give the day the right approach to involve everyone and leave no one behind. Perfect lunch at Montata Grande between kindness, courtesy and exquisite products from honest prices. Serene, quiet and jovial environment. The organization was perfect and Grazia was able to react to every request even at the last moment. We traveled for work (award holiday but always in a work team) but I am sure that everyone as soon as they can repeat the experience in private

5.00We took a private Etna Grantour on 21 July 2022 with our guide, Antonio. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! With the Grantour you will do a trekking on the Etna, a jeep tour, a visit of a lava tunnel and have an excellent lunch with a selection of local products and (of course) very nice wines. Our guide Antonio was wonderful, very pleasant company and very knowledgeable about the Etna, it’s history and the local flora and fauna. Visiting Etna with a guide such as Antonio is really a must - you will see so much more that you will otherwise either miss or won’t realize is there. We can highly recommend!

5.00Beautiful hike. With our guide Antonio we saw three sides of the volcano in a single day, including trekking and jeep tours. And we also explored a beautiful lava cave. Wonderful paths, visited with care in every detail and with in-depth explanations from a naturalistic, geological and historical point of view. Lunch at Montata grande was a nice relaxing break together with all the staff with many typical local products and Sicilian delicacies of the highest level. The structure is lovely. And all are kinder and more smiling than the other. When passion, preparation, expertise and experience make a perfect day transmitting all the love they have for their land. To be recommended absolutely
