There is so much to see and appreciate about “The City of Stairs,” and you can see so much more when you don’t wear yourself out walking. You will ride in a street legal Golf Cart (Rocket,) at a pace slightly slower than the speed of light. With groups limited to 5 people, its basically a private tour of a super cool place with a half-way-cool guide who looks a lot like a younger George Clooney.

You will dig deep into what makes Eureka Springs such a rare gem - its colorful characters and amazing history. From Buffalo Bill, Carry Nation, Frank & Jesse James and Jennie Cowan, to the origins of the magic water that is the very reason Eureka Springs is here.

Eureka Springs Historical Downtown

You will dig deep into the origins of the magic water that is the very reason Eureka Springs is here. There are 62 Springs in Eureka Springs, and most of them have been thought to cure a variety of diseases. Some people believe the water is still MAGIC! We will visit 8-10 springs on your tour, not just one or two downtown. You will hear about the miraculous cures and perhaps even experience one yourself!

The tour was a great way to learn more about Eureka Springs. David was a great tour guide, and we loved his dog, Butter. Overall, great time and would do it again!

So much fun!! There is NO WAY we would have seen and learned all we did if we hadnt taken this tour. Definitely schedule this tour for the start of your stay here- it will give you such a good plan of where you want to see more closely in town.

Dave was an excellent tour guide; well versed in local trivia and knowledge. The tour covered ground we never would have been able to even if we knew all the sights. A wonderful way to experience Eureka Springs, even in the rain.

David is an excellent guide and driver. He is so knowledgeable of the history of Eureka Springs, the tales of old and a tad bit of new gossip. The tour was fabulous and fun. If you think you know Eureka Springs, think again. You don't really know ES until you take this tour. I have on great authority, and agree, that this is the BEST tour. I will take this tour again!

This is a great way to see Eureka Springs. David has been doing this for many years and it shows — he has some great stories about this history of the area. Most of the are probably true 😀

The drive to the tour took longer than expected, and we were running late. Jim was extremely accommodating --sharing with us there was no parking in town and where to park for him to pick us up at. I was beyond thankful for this, as any other company you book a tour with would have charged us and not let us take the tour to begin with since we were running late! Then, both he and Caroline gave the most insightful and fun tour about the entire city of Eureka Springs. My entire family had so much fun and could not believe it! Do not hesitate to book this tour!

What a wonderful tour to see Eureka Springs! Jim was an outstanding guide! He told wonderfully interesting stories of the history of Eureka Springs and the famous and infamous people who lived there or passed through. Highly recommend.
