  The restaurant had great service and the show was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that visits Vienna.

  Great show. Picking up the tickets was a little hassle as we came in the palace grounds and no one properly knew where to obtain tickets (somewhat understandable given the size of the grounds and the collection location). The meal was satisfying although rather basic but servers were very friendly. The show was very good and very entertaining with talented performers. Would recommend

  The concert in Schönbrunn was very nice. The dinner only average. There is definitely room for improvement.

  It is overrated based on what someone expects to see and to hear. The chair distribution is unacceptable creating many rows where only the expensive front vip rows have better view and acoustical access to the concert. The diagrams given when you buy the tickets are unclear

  It’s a beautiful palace and performance theater. However unless you have VIP or category A seats, it’s hard to see the performance. The theater is rather narrow and can only accommodate around 15 seats per row. The music was good, but the singers could have performed with more volume and passion. Also, I think it’s petty that the palace charges you to hang up your coat (which you have to do) even if it’s a small amount. Dinner beforehand was excellent at Cafe Gerstner which was the highlight for the dinner+concert package. All in all it was a positive experience, but not worth price of admission in my opinion.

  Everything is perfectly arranged. Good food and a nice performance. All this in a Christmas atmosphere with a nice Christmas market on site.

  I purchased a VIP ticket and the included dinner was below satisfactory. The portions were small and the service was poor. I asked for more food and they said the kitchen was fully closed. I ordered 2 coffees that were not included and the server demanded a tip. I said I would not tip on included food and 2 espressos. He said he would have charged me 12 extra euros for the water on the table if he knew it would be like that. I did not like this interaction and it soured the mood. The music was great, but the amenities were not VIP worthy. I suggest just going for the music in the future.

  The concert was exceptional! Well worth the trip. It was an excellent performance. We can't speak highly enough of the performers' talents. The 3 course meal was not worth the value. There was no atmosphere and we didn't feel particularly welcome. We were offered a prosecco and water which we were charged for. 9 Euros for a bottle of water!

  After searching a bit for the ticket collection area (which was all good as we clocked 20 000 steps that day) from the dinner to the concert it was amazing. Definitely a to do in Vienna
