Experience the enchanting Swedish wildlife in its natural habitat during our evening safari.

Twilight offers the prime opportunity to catch sight of the three main animals of our safari: the majestic moose, graceful roe deer, and elusive wild boar. Gather around a cosy campfire as your local guide share his knowledge about the diverse Swedish wildlife.

Alongside the tasty dinner, we'll be serving locally crafted light beers and a selection of refreshing soft drinks for you to enjoy. To conclude the dinner, you'll be treated to a delectable pastry paired with a traditional "kokkaffe," brewed just like they do it in Northern Sweden.

The adventure truly begins with a guided hike, where you'll seek out wildlife and learn to identify their signs and tracks. Following the hike, we'll continue the wildlife expedition by van, allowing us to explore a wider area and heightening our chances of encountering these magnificent creatures.

Upon arrival at our basecamp, you'll have the opportunity to meet both your guide and fellow travellers. Our knowledgeable local guide will provide you with essential details about the evening's itinerary, and you'll also have access to our restroom facilities before embarking on the safari adventure

This is the heart of our wildlife safari experience. We'll gather for a delightful open-fire dinner atop a hill, offering panoramic views of the nearby lake and its natural surroundings. This spot provides the perfect vantage point to savour the endless sunset, with the added possibility of catching glimpses of wildlife grazing in the surrounding fields.

Daniel the guide was very knowledgeable and funny, I was there with my two kids (7 and 11) and they loved it, the hike was great, the food was amazing, perfect time spent in nature. Thanks again.

This was a wonderful experience from hiking to the campsite for dinner, watching the moonrise over the Baltic Sea, finding the Roe and Fallow Deer after, plus a few hares and finally wrapping up with a hike through the woods. Greatly enjoyed the entire experience and would recommend

I went on safari with two children aged 14 and 10 ,The experience was wonderful throughout the year the guide made us feel comfortable rating that he enjoys nature and solved all our doubts, he tried hard to speak in Spanish so that we could understand it better , we made a small excursion taking berries from the forest and then prepared a nice campfire dinner by the sea , no doubt my children and I would repeat the experience as we saw many animals at sunset and spent a pleasant afternoon
100% recommend to everyone!

Our experience was absolutely amazing throughout. Our tour guide Daniel was incredible and explained everything to us thoroughly, he was so easy to talk to and almost felt like an old friend. The food and drinks we made on the campfire were delicious. We were lucky enough to see many roe deer, a herd of fallow deer, a few field hares and we managed to spot a cow moose with her two calves just before the tour ended. Myself and my partner were already discussing what experience we want to do next with Greentrails before we had reached our hotel. We cannot thank you guys enough for this experience and the memories it has created :) (apologies for the blur on the photos added, they were taken with a very zoomed in iPhone)

We had a wonderful evening wildlife safari guided by Marcus, although the moose were that evening possibly assembling for another gathering. Marcus learned us - a small group of Belgian, German, English and Japanese tourists - discovering and 'tasting' the forest and the nature of Tyresta National Park, just outside Stockholm. Together we made an 'artisanal' campfire and prepared our dinner. Great evening, to do again when the moose are on the appointment.

A fabulous experience made great by our tour guide Markus. A true superhero. Warrior, hunter, tour guide, chauffeur, chef and all round good guy with a great sense of humour too! His knowledge and experience was vast and no question went unanswered. He scores highly also for his love and respect of his surroundings. The only thing missing from this experience was the Moose, all the other wild life spotted however more than made up for it! Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was a truly amazing guy with a lot of experience with nature/survivalism. We had very interesting discussions. The food was surprisingly tasty and the little hike was very nice. Overall, very nice location, great tour. And yes, we did see bunch of animals.

We actually had a run in with a moose! Super exciting and memorable. Saw loads of other animals—wild boar, dozens of deer, and had a very committed young guide. Teriffic walk in the woods. Yucky dinner and no water or wine. Just beer and apple juice. Anyway, it wasn’t about the food.
