We get up early and take a 35-minute scenic flight from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to Tenzing and Hillary Airport in Lukla (2,804 m). When we get to the airport, the guide will give you a briefing and introduce our porters. Then, we'll start our hike to Phakding (2,610 m). After we land, we start our trek in the Everest region by going down to the Dudh Kosi River, where we join the main trail to Namche Bazaar, which is just above Chaunrikharka (2,713 m). It's easy to walk. After passing through the small village of Ghat (2,550 m), it's a short walk to Phakding.

Today, the path takes us through forests, traditional villages with plowed fields, and yak pastures. We can see Thamserku rising above us as we approach the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. We keep going to Namche Bazaar after lunch. This is the biggest Sherpa village in the Khumbu region, and expeditions and trekking groups start from here. Here, you can buy a few last-minute things (like chocolate) if you forgot to get them in Kathmandu.

Today is a day to get used to the high altitude so that our bodies can get used to it. But that doesn't mean we don't do anything! The best way to get used to the altitude is to do things. You can spend a few hours hiking around the area or visiting the school Sir Edmund Hillary built in the Khumjung village as a thank you to the Sherpas for helping him climb Mt. Everest successfully. Some of the mountains you can see today are Kwangde (6,011m), Thamserku (6,623m), Kangtega (6,782m), Nuptse (7,861m), Lhotse (8,516m), Ama Dablam (6,812m), and, of course, Mount Everest (8,848m).

We're leaving Namche today to keep hiking to Base Camp. The trail goes up slowly, and at times the path goes close to a steep slope. During your climb, you will be able to see Ama Dablam. It stands 22,493 feet above the valley below. On the way, we will stop and eat lunch 3680 meters above sea level, where Lama Sange Dorje was born. After lunch, we'll keep going to Tengboche, where we'll spend the night. There are also forests, small waterfalls, pine trees, colored rhododendrons that leave beautiful dots on the green base, and many other beautiful sights.

Dingboche
The best way to trek to Everest Base Camp is along the lower path. On the way back, we'll take the upper path and stop at Gopma, which is 120 meters above the lower settlement. After passing Pangboche, the trail crosses an alpine meadow above the tree line and comes to Orsho, where it splits in two. The lower trail goes to Dingboche. When hikers get to Dingboche, which is 4,410 meters above sea level, they can walk around and see views of Ama Dablam, the Imja River, and other mountains. Here, the helicopter landing pad is close to Moonlight Lodge, one of the best lodges in the area, as well as the Internet Cafe and one of the highest billiards halls in the world.

A route between wide valleys leads to Dughla, where the hike to Lobuche, which is 4910 m above sea level, starts. Cross a few yak fields in Dusa and keep going to Lobuche. Above the tree line, the paths are now empty and snow-covered. So, you will notice that there are no trees or green hills. You only see slopes with snow on them. There are no Sherpa villages that stay here in Lobuche. You will have beautiful views of the tea houses and tall mountains nearby. The views of Tawache, Pumari Peak, and Cholaste are so beautiful that you can't look away.

Lukla
Today is the last day of our trek in the Everest area. We'll be going back to Lukla, where the trek began, to end the trip. We like this time because it gives us a chance to talk about the trek as a group and to think about what each person did to make it happen. You don't have to do anything in the afternoon, so you can go out, relax, and take a hot shower. In the evening, have a few drinks and dance with the other people on your trek.
