  Our Everest Base Camp journey was exceptionally well managed, thanks to the outstanding support from Mission Summit Treks. From the early planning stages to the final days after the trek, Damu ensured every detail was handled smoothly, making the entire experience stress-free. The level of organization and professionalism made a demanding trek feel well supported at every step. We were fortunate to be guided by Kamal Pandey, whose deep experience and strong understanding of the terrain truly stood out. He closely observed our pace and condition and made thoughtful adjustments to the schedule when needed, which made a significant difference to our overall comfort and acclimatization. His practical guidance, calm decision-making, and adaptability were invaluable throughout the trek.   Went with Everest Base Camp trek in November 2025 and successfully completed trip with the help of Misson Summit Treks. The staff was extremely helpful thru out the trip. We customized the trip and they were able to accommodate our request. Thanks to Mission summit treks!

  Damu was kind enough to add me in a Phollipino group of 11. All the members were so energetic and trained for the EBC trekking. The guide and his team made this trip memorable with their skills and ability to handle things at critical times. They knew in and out of the mountain and we did customize our route sometime when we were ahead in the game to explore more in the same timeframe. Mission Summit trek is awesome and I would definitely approach them in future for any other trek.

  Damu and his team were amazing. From the start of the trip when one of our group members arrived a day late he rearranged everything. He ensured we all stayed healthy and fed for the duration of the trip (altitude sickness can be dangerous) He also monitored the weather and ensured we departed from Lukla back to khtmandu as bad weather approached.   I had an amazing experience with Damu (our lead guide) and the entire Mission Summit team. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely fun to be with — their bubbly personalities made every part of the trek enjoyable, and there was never a dull moment. I also had an unexpected incident during the journey where I needed to be evacuated immediately. In that stressful moment, Damu and his team were truly exceptional. They handled everything — from coordinating the helicopter rescue to arranging my stay in Lukla and ensuring I safely flew back to Kathmandu. Everything felt less overwhelming because they took care of every detail. It was smooth, hassle-free, and I never felt alone for even a second. Their professionalism, care, and kindness made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful, and because of them, I’ll definitely return in 2027 — still with Mission Summit Treks & Expeditions.   This was our second trek with Mission Summit Treks & Expedition, having previously done Annapurna with Damu. We returned because of their consistent service, clear communication, and dependable coordination. Logistics were handled well from Kathmandu to Lukla and throughout the route. Daily briefings were clear, pacing was managed carefully, and altitude monitoring was done properly. Guides and porters were professional and reliable, always ahead of us and ensuring our bags and rooms were ready upon arrival. Teahouse selections were comfortable, and the overall planning made the trek smooth and manageable. Damu’s motto, “you came as clients and you leave as friends,” reflects the way he genuinely looks after the group. One highlight was when Damu brought us to a local Nepali restaurant for an authentic dinner experience, complete with live music and a chance to try the local wine, raksi.   We engaged the services of Mission Summit Treks & Expedition (through their lead - Damu Mainali) in our Everest Base Camp expedition which we just concluded this week. Our group of 12 was very satisfied with the exceptional service that they provided for this activity. From the initial planning stages, their team was fantastic; we received prompt responses to all our queries, which instilled confidence before we even left home. Upon arrival at the airport in Kathmandu, the reception was warm and highly satisfactory, making the transition seamless. Throughout the trek, the operational efficiency was top-tier. Meals and accommodations were handled flawlessly, managing our expectations for teahouse living. Medical concerns by some members of the team were also addressed properly ensuring the safety and recovery to all the affected individuals in our group. Our guides expertly handled the group's pace during each leg of the journey so that everyone was given the chance to acclimatize safely. The sherpas were equally impressive with the way they handled our things and ensure that these were transported properly to each location that we went to. When I had last-minute change to my travel schedule right after the hike, they processed these changes efficiently and without stress to our group.   We had a great experience doing the EBC trek with Mission Summit Treks. Damu was very helpful before, during and after the trek coordinating everything for us. EBC trek is almost impossible without that level of coordination and professional planning. Our assigned guide Kamal Pandey was very experienced and knowledgeable which helped us a lot. He has suggested slight modifications to our itinerary based on our progress during the trek. His good timely advice based on his vast experience and his flexibility to change our itinerary in a couple of locations helped us tremendously.
