  I asked about a shuttle ride at the ticket desk but wasn’t offered anything. We had to book a $50 Uber to get to it from central Fort Lauderdale?!

  My fourth time doing the experience. Always a must when family and friends visit. Spotted 11!!!!!!!!! alligators and a massive iguana. Learn something new everytime. Sad to see water levels so low…

  We were extremely excited for what we expected to be a once-in-a-lifetime Everglades airboat tour. We arrived early and intentionally waited to be first in line so we could secure seats in the front row—which we did. Unfortunately, our driver, Captain Nadim, did not take the time to clean the front window. For those of us not seated at the very end of the row, this meant spending the entire hour trying to look through a dirty, smudged window and struggling to clearly see the Everglades in front of us. What should have been an incredible experience was instead frustrating and disappointing. This issue could have been easily and quickly addressed, but it was not. The lack of attention to such a basic detail made it clear that the quality of the guest experience was not a priority. Some may consider this a small issue, but when this may be your only opportunity to experience the Everglades, being able to see clearly feels like a very reasonable expectation.

  A solid 1hr ride with personable driver, Michael, pointing out wildlife birds and viewing a couple Aligators. Weather was a bluebird day but the days prior provided cooler rainy temps and it impacted the viewing. You definitely haul on those boats which was enjoyable. The staff at the inside desk could have been better as it seemed as if we were a nuisance. Fortunately the tour was fun!

  We had a great time. Our captian was fantastic. We saw at least 3 gators. He got us up close to one of the gators in the water. It was an enjoyable experience.

  Beautiful - seen 4 crocodiles in the water as well as the crocodile show on land! It's totally worth it. Beautiful peacocks too!

  It was pretty busy when we got there (multiple tour buses in addition to people arriving by car) but even still, the wait was not bad to ensure that our family of 11 all sat on the same boat. The boat ride was just the right time duration for the kids. We saw many birds and 5 gators! The gator show after the boat ride was fantastic and the little animal display is great as well. One recommendation - not all boats are open, so if it is important to you, request it when you are checking in/buying the tickets (that's when your boat # is assigned).

  Please note that this experience is not about holding the animals, despite what some of the promotional images might suggest. A staff member brings out one animal at a time, allowing you to see it up close, but guests are not allowed to hold them. During our session, we saw a tortoise, a snake, a baby alligator, and a goat. At the end, they do offer one free photo where you can briefly hold the alligator, which was a nice touch. However, the overall experience is more of an educational commentary than an interactive encounter. For what it is, the per person fee felt quite high to us. Plenty of car parking is available onsite. Arrive before 2:30PM to ensure your spot and allow 45mins. if you are driving from the Ft. Lauderdale area to reach the park.
