During this workshop, we have chosen to introduce you to exceptional products such as caviar, foie gras, and other emblematic delicacies of French excellence, paired with prestigious Grands Vins de Bordeaux.

You might be surprised by some unexpected combinations and the pure alchemy that arises from matching the right food with the right wine. Pairing food and wine goes beyond the general principles and success requires curiosity and even courage! It’s all about appreciating both the wine and food separately, as well as together.

This interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and share your experience in a warm, friendly, and open atmosphere.

Treat yourself to a unique experience of Grands Vins de Bordeaux paired with some exceptional French delicacies, all emblematic products of French excellence! During this workshop, you will taste 5 fine Bordeaux wines, including 3 Grands Crus Classés, paired with: • caviar, • sturgeon and caviar rillette toasts, • artisanal semi-cooked foie gras, • artisanal cured duck breast, • farmhouse cheese, • “Bean to Bar” dark chocolate crafted in Bordeaux. With each pairing comes the opportunity to learn about the products you’re tasting, their history and why they’re a match made in heaven. We have carefully selected fine Bordeaux wines and French delicacies made by local producers that make for interesting gourmet pairings.

We loved this experience of food and wine pairing and seeing how different the wine becomes with different food. Martina was amazing! She gave a fantastic explanation and answered all our questions and shared her knowledge and enthusiasm with us. Would highly recommend it

This was excellent, and would highly recommend. Five wines and four food pairings, including caviar, cheeses, chocolate, and duck. The wines were quite good, and pretty pricy compared to other wine and food tastings we have done. We bought three of the wines tasted. Olala is a first-rate excursion, and food and wine education small business.

Luxury products for a luxury experience! Eva the sommelier who animates the tasting knows perfectly the local products, and how to associate them with the great wines offered in this tasting. A privileged moment to learn about the production of caviar, foie gras, or ethical chocolate in a pleasant and friendly setting.

Very interesting tasting experience! The dishes (caviar, duck breasts...) are excellent and go perfectly with the selection of great vintages. I am from Bordeaux and highly recommend this tasting!

The best experience we’ve had in Bordeaux. Easy to find location, right in the city centre. Anna and her husband (Toku?) are wonderful and gave an excellent presentation. The wines are without doubt the nicest we have tried in our 10 days in Bordeaux. The food pairings were also exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great activity to do if you want to discover the wine and the pairings to do with the different wines. Intimate, warm, we had a great time with local products of very good quality (caviar, foie gras, roquefort ..).

We had a great time in the company of Vincent who shared his knowledge of wines and products. The wine pairings are very relevant and the food chosen is of remarkable quality! We were in a small committee (only 4 people) which encouraged exchanges and sharing of experience! We recommend with your eyes closed this workshop which was unanimously!

Amazing experience! Sublime wines and products, original food and wine pairings, and what makes it magic: a very friendly atmosphere. Anna, the sommelier answered all our questions, and the workshop was held in exchange and sharing. To be tested absolutely! I recommend without hesitation
