Nestled on the French-Italian border, this enchanting town is a food lover's paradise, bursting with a vibrant mix of Provençal and Italian flavors. Get ready to indulge in a mouthwatering array of local specialties, from the savory pichade, barbajuan, tapenade but also socca, creamy cheese, white truffle, and the best finest Provençal wines. Menton's famous lemons shine in desserts like tarte au citron & orange cake, served with Italian coffee and limoncello for a perfect finish.

• The tour begins at 11:00 am. Enjoy the tastings seated or while strolling a pedestrian path under 1 km long.

• The tour is designed for 8 guests max. to ensure an intimate and authentic local experience.

• The Food Tour costs €100. A €50 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining €50 to be paid in cash to the guide at the start of the tour.

We had a wonderful time with Patricia on her food tour. She showed us didn't local dishes - from aperitif to food to wine and limoncello... We got everything we could have wished for! The group was small (even in high season!) and Patricia have us interesting insights into the history of Mention and its food. I 100% recommend this tour!

Excellent tour of beautiful Menton! Patricia is a wonderful tour guide. The stops were all high quality and enjoyable. It was a manageable small group. I was staying in Nice and it was worth the train ride to visit Menton for the day. Highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in Menton or nearby towns.
10/10 would do again - Patricia was amazing!

What a great way to introduce the foods of the region and learn some history of the town of Menton. Our guide, Patricia, was very informative and provided a great insight of the region and its delicacies. We went to a variety of different places each with its own charm and significance to the town. Patricia was very attentive to our group, friendly, welcoming, and provided a great environment for conversation and for asking questions. She also offered and followed through with providing restaurant recommendations in Menton and Nice for our travels. This was a great way to spend a morning and early afternoon, great food and great company!

My husband and I had a wonderful food tour with Patricia. She is very knowledgeable and delightful and showed us many local yummy things. We tried and pizzas and olives and lemons and stories and a lovely cheese tasting down by the water. Patricia showed us many of the local flavors of Menton. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Patricia

This was a beautifully curated walk and eating experience around Menton. We were a family of 3 from the UK and were joined on the tour by a family of 3 from the USA, who were excellent company. Patricia was a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highlights were the indoor market and the cheese and charcuterie with wine in a wine bar. The lemon tart was also delicious - leave some room for this. We highly recommend this experience.
