Discover some of Transylvania's most famous sights and history during this full-day exclusive tour. Join your experienced guide for a visit to legendary medieval sites: the Bran Castle and Rasnov Fortress (only the outside precinct, as the interior is still under renovation). End the day with a stroll through Brasov's colourful historic centre. Admire the scenery as you travel in comfort to each sight by private transportation. Your guide will accompany you for entire the duration of the tour, ensuring to provide insight at each location.

Bran Castle
We will learn more about the real story of the castle, from its early beginnings, as a border stronghold, to its later time, as the romantic residence of the Queen Marie of Romania. And of course, we will discover all the facts and bust all the myths related to Dracula. We will not leave before having a stroll in the beautiful park near the castle, for an unmissable photo session.
Rasnov Citadel: Garden and Panoramic View
We will learn about the citadel's history and admire the incredible view of the mountains around. We can climb up to the entrance of the upper precinct or stroll around the lower enclosure. To reach the fortress gates, we can choose between walking (approximately 15 min) or using the children's train. Please be aware that the inner precinct of the fortress is closed for renovation, so we will be able to see only the second enclosure.

5.00Florin was amazing, took a 7-day tour around Transylvania. Went to many of the tourist sights and many sights not on the normal tourist agenda. So many beautiful sights he brought us to, we are so thankful to have him as a guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable on so many subjects and so interesting to talk to and share stories with. As we left Romania, my wife and I looked upon Florin more as a friend than just a guide. You can not go wrong booking tours with him, you will enjoy every minute

5.00A fantastic educational historical, cultural, wine tour with traditional Romanian food. In addition to interesting wine producers visited Drakula Castle, Turda salt mine and made several city walks. Florin is an excellent, knowledgeable and social person with answers to all our questions and insight into an incredible number of topics. The tour was carried out in a comfortable minibus that made it possible to see things one would never have been able to experience on their own in the 6 days on site.

5.00Florin is a phenomenal tour guide who provided a wealth of information at every stop. He readily shared his knowledge and answered every question that our small group had. The tour stops were great and we enjoyed every minute of it. He picked an excellent lunch stop (perhaps one of best meals in Romania) and was courteous in all communication. We take another tour with him without reservation and would recommend him to anyone.

5.00Bran Castle (very busy) Brasov and Rasnov (despite the construction site currently inside of the citadel) are all worth a visit. Florin did a fantastic tour (which lasted from morning to evening) and provided rich background information.
