The tour begins with a comfortable and accessible meeting point on the charming Isla de Flores at 7:30 a.m. On the I LOVE PETEN sign from where we will leave for the jungle to start this incredible adventure. When you arrive at the Visitor Center, you will have your first approach to the grandeur of this ancient Mayan city. Here you will find an impressive Tikal scale model, ideal for understanding the magnitude and distribution of its temples, squares and structures before entering the jungle. You will also have access to amenities such as restrooms, restaurant, cafeteria and local craft shops. Then, we will cross the entrance control and begin the real experience: an immersive hike through jungle trails, surrounded by natural sounds and wildlife. Along the way, our local guide will not only take you from one point to another... he will connect you to the surroundings, dynamically explaining the flora, fauna and archaeological secrets that made Tikal one of the most powerful civilizations in the Mayan world. Every step will bring you closer to an unforgettable moment... until, suddenly, the jungle opens and reveals before your eyes the majestic Central Square, the heart of Tikal.
