1. The Waterfalls's name Benang Kelambu means a bundle of thread. This Natural waterfall consists of two levels and each high as 20 meters. The water comes from a river upstream on Mount Rinjani.
2. Unique thing about Sukarara village has is tradition that requires the women of Sukarara Village to be skilled in weaving, if they have not mastered how to weave then they are not allowed to marry. for them songket is considered a symbol of the longevity of a relationship.
3. Lingsar temple as the biggest Shrine in Lombok Island exist since 1714 which built by Ketut Karangasem King Successor. This shrine is a federation between Hinduism and Islamic Wektu Telu.
4. Visiting Banyumulek Pottery Village, visitors can also see firsthand how the clay is processed into pottery with unique designs with beautiful colors. to produce artistic art objects are an interesting sight when visiting this village. visitors can also try making pottery.

5.00We booked a small group tour and ended up in a car with just the two of us. Our driver Mr Augus was wonderful. We didn’t want to go to a heavily populated tourist area so we were taken to the big waterfalls. We had to get on a scooter for the last part( make sure this is included in your insurance and if so demand a helmet as this is not a touristy area and your insurance may be void if you don’t wear a helmet) bloody best day ever!!! We swam with the locals and then saw some furniture and Bali hut making.

4.00Had a fabulous driver who dodged the crazy scooters well. He took us to a wonderful little village where the women weave this fine cotton that they also grow & spin. Lovely fun ladies. Then to a waterfall which was very pretty but an awful long way from the port.

4.00The waterfall is beautiful. Lingsar temple is just ok with a local guide at the temple asking for offerings and tips before he showed us the temple. All along he was smoking! But overall, a nice trip

4.00We were told by our guide that it rains up at the waterfalls every day and torentially. We did not expect this as we had to navigate dangerously gushing water. In saying that the waterfall was beautiful but we did not get to the second one because of the rain. We were given ponchos but we did get extremely wet. This made it rather uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Our guide Risky, was a great driver and extremely helpful all day.

4.00We experienced several highlights of Lombok/Lembar. We were fortunate that it was a Sunday and the roads were less congested. Our driver navigated the roads with ease. We had a local guide at each stop with differing proficiency in English. Our last stop at the Lingsar Temple was frustrating because no one in our group could understand the guide.

2.00Went to the hand weavers on this tour and we were quoted prices in AUD - when we next had internet, we were charged at USD exchange rate making our purchases very expensive indeed in AUD - don’t buy anything in the villiage
