5.00They were waiting for us off the plane and walked us to every point we had to go. Went on boat to our resort and wouldn’t have made it thru in time without this service!!

5.00Great choice as 3 planes landed within few minutes of each other and customs hall was packed. Agent met us and walked us right up the the front of the line directly to customs agent.

3.00I’m glad I chose the Fast Track service, as it really did make immigration and security quick and stress-free. The lady who assisted us was polite, kind, and very efficient, which I appreciated. That being said, for the price paid I did expect more. I assumed there would be at least two people to help with luggage, but instead I had to manage one of my suitcases myself while also attending to my autistic son, who was attached to me via his strap. This was challenging and not quite the level of support I thought the service would provide. Another point is that there isn’t a clear price for children. I had to contact TripAdvisor directly to add on my child, which could have been made much easier if children’s pricing was shown clearly when booking. Overall, while the service was efficient and staff were lovely, it didn’t feel like the best value for money. With clearer information for families and a bit more help with luggage, it would be excellent. ⸻ Would you like me to make a shorter, punchier version too (like the kind people usually post on TripAdvisor), so you have both options?

5.00Last year we were in the immigration line for an hour and a half. This time we were met by a representative who escorted us through all of the areas and functions to include customs. It was a great experience!
