Expect to use your body, your legs, and balance to rappel down the waterfalls and hike back up, your arms and strength to paddle hard down the river. But it's not only adrenalin, you will also see beautiful nature, and wildlife and learn about the Costa Rican culture, all in one day!

First activity in this 3-in-1 combo, is canyoning. We will drive to Area 360 canon takes about 30 mintues. When we arrive we will get all equipment and safety speech and practice. We will hike down to the first waterfall and rappel down 3 waterfalls in total. When we finish rappelling, we will drive to the second activity, White Water Rafting. The drive is again about 30 minutes. We will meet this the rivet guide and they will help with rafting gear. Before we start the rafting, we will have a safety speech and practice. The rafting is about 1 hour. Third activity is White Water Tubing for 1 hour. We will switch from the raft into a tubing. This is tubing on white water, so it's not just floating down the river. You have to paddle with your arms and hold tide. When we reach the take-out point, we jump back into the bus and drive back to La Fortuna. Now is lunch time, we will eat lunch at our organic restaurant and finish the day with an farm walk at our organic farm.

Our morning started out with a beautiful drive and learning more about Costa Rica from Pablo. When we arrived to the site for canyoning we were shown around the small farm and scenery. The canyoning down the waterfalls was a thrilling experience and we felt very safe in the hands of our guide Orlando. The hot springs were a treat to relax in. Then we had an exciting experience with our guide Niko rafting in the rapids. We absolutely recommend this company and experience as everyone was friendly and we had an amazing time seeing the surrounding areas near La Fortuna!

We did a cooking class on Nosara and it was wonderful. We ate well and learned some new recipes. We even had the chance to walk and go find a sloth!

The tour was amazing. I don't use those words lightly, because the guides were super professional and fun from the time we were picked up until the small farm tour at the end. Our raft guide Ronald was amazing and had a very keen eye for the local wildlife along the way down. We actually spotted a black monkey in the calmer waters. We're very happy with the experience that Costa Rica Descents provided and look forward to another tour in the future.

We had the best time with Orlando, Eduardo, Mike, and the Puppy! They were super knowledgeable about their animals, trees, plants, and fun facts! I would definitely recommend the combo pack such a great experience! We love you Orlando!

Mosses was the best! Be ready to get wet! Level 4-5 is recommended. Have fun! Level 3-4 is good for families with kids. Lots of fun.

Moses was an excellent river guide for our rafting journey. He made sure everyone was safe and none of us fell out! He also made sure we had fun by letting us swim in the river and pointed out animals in the trees around us.
