The experience features a Korean vegan course meal, carefully crafted with seasonal ingredients and traditional Korean flavors. Each dish is paired with premium Korean liquors like makgeolli, omija wine, and distilled soju, chosen to enhance the flavors of the food. Before the meal, you'll have the opportunity to learn about Korean plant-based cuisine, gaining insight into the use of fermented sauces(e.g. Gochujang, doenjang, soy sauce, sesame oil, perilla oil, etc.) and the variety of seasonal vegetables that define Korean cooking. It was a nice experience. The host made the dinner exclusively for me. She explained the history of the foods and how to cook them. She kindly sent me a recipe of one dish later. I had a lovely conversation with her as well. She is a friendly and charming lady who used to live in the United States. If you are interested in experiencing local non-meat Korean dishes, this is the place you should go. Recommended!
